Doug did a phenomenal job. I hired him for a film shoot for lunch. The cast and crew were very happy and the food was incredibly delicious. Prepared on location and fresh. My entire experience with Bucks BBQ has been nothing short of fantastic. The recent closure of the National Parks had me scrambling to plan a whole new wedding in a week and a half. I was referred to Bucks by a friend because she knows how much I love BBQ. Not only was Bucks responsive, patient, and super accommodating, the food was DELICIOUS. Our guests knew they were in for a treat when they saw the grill and Bucks delivered. The chicken was moist and tri tip cooked perfectly. I loved the BBQ sauce and mac n cheese too! Every chance I get I will be using them to cater, I cannot thank them enough for being such a huge part of the success of our wedding.

All the meats and fish were absolutely amazing , tasty and lean , all the side dishes fresh and homemade . All the food was cooked on time . Doug and his team were wonderful . Buck catered my granddaughters graduation party! He arrived on time, was professional and absolutely a joy to have at our event. He went above and beyond when I asked him to grill additional food that was not in our contract. The food was EXCEPTIONAL, the ribs were falling off the bone, the chicken very well seasoned and the sides were delicious.
