Their pupusas is a must here, they are good! Also, the atol de elite is great is not too sweet just perfect sweetness.

I highly recommend this place for its authentic Salvadoran food and excellent service. I've visited this place three times and each time I have left satisfied. If there is one thing that could be improved, it would be to have two separate lines, one for food and one for baked goods. This would help reduce wait times. Also, parking can be a bit tricky and tight, so I recommend parking on the street. Overall, it's a great place that I would definitely visit again.

The worst customer service i've had the lady was to busy talking or fighting with her coworkers that she wasn't even paying attention she walked away plenty of times that i couldn't even finish my order. plus everything that i order she said they where out when my brother had order the same thing with a different lady not a very good experience at all. You should retrain the staff

Yummy great bakery We got a large of that delicious Salvadorian horchata A bread , two concha's Some popusas Tres leches slice Everything was fresh , great quality and very good price The young ladies were all very helpful and friendly Definitely my new go to bakery when in the area

The food was delicious it moves fast and service is amazing the servers are sweet and very helpful. Ambiance is a mix of all races who love this delicious Salvadoran cuisine. I highly recommend it. The only thing is parking is very tight and only one handicap parking stall.
I asked to speak to the business owner not the manager and I saw him myself when I was in line I called instead of walking up to the register and ask for him to not cause a show But the manger refused to let me Speak to him I just wanted to know why we got so little sides for our pupusas I spend about 66 bucks Ana I just got an angry Salvadorian daughter not wanting me to speak to her dad about the incident sad I will be looking for a New location for pupusas and either way the curtidos is salty like the manager

My first time checking this Salvadorian bakery once again was suggested by my wife because she used to work in the area many years ago.We came on Saturday during lunch hour and it was super busy with a consistent line.Me and our daughter secured a table just after a couple got done enjoying their meal.The lady had left her purse in the chair where she was sitting. I immediately grabbed it and chased after her as she was leaving the bakery with her friend.She was grateful and thanked me.After my wife ordered us our pupusas and drinks we sat down and enjoyed our meal.Everything was delicious and of course this bakery's staff hand makes everything here.The pickled cabbage that comes with the pupusas was also delicious along with the red salsa they homemade as well.Their freshly made drinks were quite refreshing to wash it down with.The bakery is clean, organized, and they have very accommodating service with a smile and welcoming vibes.When we come back to Van Nuys we will certainly give their other items on the menu a try.Well done El Carrusel Bakery! ??Parking: During peak hours parking is extremely scarce. We parked on Victory Blvd just about 40 yards away from the bakery, which wasn't too bad.However the parking lot is very small and has possibly 11-13 slots for the entire plaza. If you don't want to wait for other cars to leave, your options are better off finding a spot on the street.
