Went to the drive through for lunch! i ordered a 3 piece meal, got to work and opened the box. the chicken was dry and burnt and very small pieces. the rice was mediocre as well as the beans. overall, a horrible experience.

This is the best Pollo Loco I've ever been to. EVERY employee is friendly, efficient, quick, and do not forget their customer service attitude even though they may be busy. The food is cooked perfectly, and even the employees seem to enjoy the ambiance amongst themselves and with the customers.

Had a not so good experience ordering dinner for the family. The service was not that good. Had to wait over 25 minutes for my order that was not that big (Tostada, chicken burrito, wing lovers, and tacos al carbón). Server accidentally dropped my food from the counter and had to remake the order. But neglected to let me know what had happened. I found out from a customer who say the accident. This place was not low staffed but the manager seemed not to have a handle on how to manage their team. Customer had to wait to have their orders to be taken, and food deliver drivers had to wait for orders to be ready.

Love Love Love! Food was amazing, they offered me churros and sold it to me nicely! How could I refuse. The music and spirit of Christmas is all over this restaurant! Way better than any other I've been too. This one is so nice I make the drive all the way from Sunland to eat here. The salsa was delicious, my salad was fresh. Definitely my top restaurant!
I ordered a chicken avocado burrito and somehow got a chicken lettuce burrito. Very disappointed. Store closed before I could go back and get it replaced.

The other time I ordered sauces and they didn’t put them I said well that’s fine it’s a mistake but today I ordered chips and they didn’t give them to me either. Train the person makes the orders well.
