I was so excited and hungry for some nachos. I ordered extra meat, with extra cheese. When they gave me my order, I could tell the bag felt really light. So I opened it up and looked inside, It looked like the normal portion of nachos. I asked the cashier if they gave me extra meat I paid for, she said yes. I opened the box, there was no guacamole, sour cream, no type of sauce/liquid whatsoever. She then explained to me it's just 1 extra small scoop and I was very disappointed. The extra meat was $5 and the extra cheese is $1.10. I also got a medium horchata. So I spent $23.70 and it didn't fill me up at all. I will never be back to this location. I feel like you're going to charge extra, make sure the customer is receiving what they're paying for.

The food here is ALWAYS delicious. But the cashier Mary, is terrible. Anything you ask for, she always rolls her eyes. I don't think she should be a cashier. Or even front of the house. She's even mean to the kids! My kids will go and ask for something and she does it forcefully. Cooks are super friendly. Every once in a while they'll pop up and they're the nicest guys! If they found a different cashier, my rating would be different.

They are lucky I'm giving it a 3Star. The food is always good but don't ever come here expecting a smiling face. The cashiers here are always mad and very rude. They look like they hate doing what they do. You ask for napkins and they give you a nasty look. Customer service is horrible.

8 asada tacos with cheese sprinkled on top 2 chicken tacos (no lettuce) 1burrito all carne with chips and salsa on the side I coke Large It's quick and reliable There are numerous Taco llamas all over, it never disappoints. The interior of the place is great to eat and leave.

Food here is a must try. I always get a plate called "gorditas de asada" that's the best dish in my opinion. If you haven't tried this spot you should definitely try it out, give it a chance you'll definitely return on your own next time.

The food is great but the lady that takes your order in the afternoon is so rude! I have been here when they have other ladies and they are super sweet and kind but this one I think her name is Mary oh my goodness she is rude, gets the order wrong and speaks over you. This is the second time she does this and because of her attitude I give this place a 1 star rating. They need to get rid of her ASAP

Food was really good can't complain about that but the service was "HORRIBLE" we walked in about 8:45pm the lady at the counter terrible customer service rude right of the back gave a dam attitude cause we eat in the restaurant this place closes at 10pm after are order was she processed to give a attitude threw are food on the counter top what I mean by that threw the plate are foodAlmost tip over this happened on Friday night about 8:45 to 10pm this person was a short girl whit long black hair had hair in a ponytail if your going come food it's on point but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD A (-10) for that this lady got mad cause we ate in the restaurant and this place closes at 10pm BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE worst ever
