I’m shocked this location doesn’t have more reviews. The Smoked BBQ sandwich is THE best! Every time Fire House is the choice to stop in all their severs are super kind and friendly but make sure your food is handled with care! They have the machines with so many drink flavors which is great! It’s clean and roomy to sit and dine in if you want to. Def a go to sandwich spot.

I always see this spot and I said to myself. Hmmm I wonder if they have Pastrami. But I never went in. So last week Friday. I actually went in. And to my glory and wonder they had Pastrami. My eyes lit up and my taste bud began salivating. They were wonderfully kind and assisted me with making the right choice. So I got the pastrami on wheat with extra deli mustard and chopped pickles and light deli mayo. The first bite lifted me up where I belonged...where the Eagles fly....uh hummm you know what I mean. Suffice to say they got my attention. I love the sandwich and the customer service. This place is top tier official.I'll be baaaaack!

I wa able to get a free sub because my name was mentioned as Name of the Day so that was pretty cool. The staff at this location are super kind and super helpful. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. The location is clean and ample seatings. The sandwich was SUPER yummy. I ordered the Jamaican Jerk Turkey sandwich, medium and it was HUGE!! There's ample parking because it is in a plaza.

These guys are always great with service and friendliness. I usually stick with the hook and ladder. I ventured off the trail and tried the pulled pork, but I wasn't that impressed with it. Probably not the workers fault. I should have asked for more sauce.

So, I've never been here and haven't tried the sandwich yet. This review is solely for Carlos!!!! What a nice, professional good~hearted guy! He was very patient while I decided, and made some great recommendations!! EVERY business should have a CARLOS!!!!! I'll be back because of his great customer service!!! THANX! *UPDATE: The Steamer Sammy was tasty, but literally the SMALLEST sub I've ever gotten at any sub shop!! ....(But Carlos is still AWESOME!!)
This spot is for those times when you want a stepped up alternative to Subway! Nice sized and tasty sandwiches. For takeout service is pretty spot on my orders are ready at their pickup shelves whenever I've ordered. My go tos are the Meatball, Hook & Ladder, the Italian, the Steamer and the Italian. Also love that a portion of sales go to support providing equipment, training and fire personnel.

We reviewed this location for fire house, subs two weeks ago. We wanted to share that our order was not ready on arrival, in fact, it hadn't even been looked at. Those sandwiches were prepared based off of their standard, and all request on the order were ignored. We received an apology email from the manager. We were told to come back another time for complementary sandwiches, yada, yada yada. We came back again tonight, to pick up sandwiches we ordered yesterday. We had the same situation. The order wasn't ready. What we got was a series of excuses. Our experiences have been very disappointing and we will not be frequenting this location again. For those of you that enjoy placing orders and having them honored, I suggest you skip going to this place as well. Really bad service.
