There's a lot of places where you can get sushi in LA, but you'll be hard-pressed to find a place that is as tasty or passionate than i.8sushi. My wife and I have been ordering sushi from their kitchen for the past year and a half. They have a lot of unique and delicious options that you aren't going to find at other places around the city. That's probably the best part about this place -- you can find some traditional rolls, but they're really known for their unique takes, such as their elote or brulee rolls. We've ordered just about every roll on their menu and haven't found one that we didn't enjoy. Our go-to favorites are the Chris P, Volcano and Phresh rolls. Even the way they package their sushi (which comes in a pizza to-go box) is amazing! This location is pick up or delivery only. If you decide to pick your order up (like we normally do), stop in and say hello to their head chef and their staff. They're incredibly nice and love to hear from their customers.

I thought it was decent sushi for the price. I think they spend a lot of time on the presentation and though it looks nice in the box and is unique I think they are a lil high priced for a ghost kitchen. But they are different than others and have a big instagram following

Placed an order 30 minutes before they closed, and I work down the street. I received no phone call or any notice, they just cancelled my order.Called in and they let the phone ring, very poor customer service Their fish is old and rice is stale. OVERPRICED!

YES YES YES. I loved every bite. We DoorDashed a small box plus an extra roll and it was plenty for two people. I think I may have ordered mostly salmon but that was my bad since it's kinda hard to order on the app without knowing exactly what's in it. So had to go back and fourth from their website to the app.But even though I ordered mostly salmon it was still delicious and I can't wait to try more!

Ok at first I was thrown off as the address was a warehouse with several steel doors and combination lock pads next to them. I thought I was walking into some kind of CIA black site, but then the smell of chocolate brownies, chocolate chip cookies and other smells of delight caught my attention. The service was very helpful and directed me to the kiosk outside the kitchen. The sushi was definately good and I will be going back again

So delicious! The value is worth the price! I would highly recommend for a group - 1 medium box, and 4 extra rolls was the perfect amount! The roles tasted super fresh and all had such great flavor! The surfin tuna, tiger roll, and swimming salmon rolls were some of the the best out of the bunch! We even left it in the fridge for about 2 hours before eating it and it still tasted/looked great!

THIS PLACE IS *CHEFS KISS*everything from customer service, to presentation, to quality of fish. I loved it.We were heading to a christmas party where we had friends who were pescatarian attending so we wanted to pick up sushi from a nearby spot. man were we happy to find this place! this sushi box was an absolute hit at the party and was devoured so quickly. i don't know what to recommend more because everything was good! not one bad thing. we ordered the type c pizza box and it was good to feed five people at the potluck we went to. my favorite was the seared phresh roll. seared to perfection! had that hint of smokiness. this place is in a shared kitchen warehouse and the chefs and workers looked like they were having so much fun! definitely coming back, they deserve all the stars!

Such a cute concept! And the sushj was pretty good. I recommend ordering online so it's ready by the time you pick up since they make to order. The location looks sketch but it's in a building with other ghost kitchens. Inside has signs to point you to the direction of I.8 sushi since there are other restaurants inside. The service was really good! Filipino owners and super nice. The order came out pretty quickly!Don't forget to check in so that you get a free soda or water

When we are super lazy and don't want to leave the house but want Sushi this is our spot! We have been to pick up three times after ordering online. We have also gotten delivery I think through Grubhub.I love their beautifully presented pizza boxes full of yummy rolls. Food: 5/5 really good fresh quality sushi rolls! They aren't drenched in sauce but have just the right amount! My favorite has to be the one with the crunchy popcorn shrimp on top... delicious! They are superfast at having your order ready usually within 30 minutes. So place your order online. Pickup: If you do pick up the pick up it is located inside a small corner building with other ghost kitchens. There is a small sign that lets you know where each restaurant is at. Price: It is like going out for AYCE for me and my honey. We usually get the bigger box. They do have smaller options though that seem reasonable in price. There is a Silverlake sit down restaurant that I haven't been to just yet but if in the area will definitely try it.

Order ahead because they often sell out! Pick-up is at a ghost kitchen, we had a little bit of a wait even though we indicated what time we would be coming by for pick-up but it's worth the wait! The rolls are delicious, carefully put together, and the packaging is awesome! My only comment is that the chilotes roll needs more of a spicy kick especially since hot cheetos is the star of the roll!

We ordered the pizza party box for takeoutPositives: customer service (very nice people), probably can feed up to 4 people (likely good for a party), tasty, you won’t be disappointed for take outNegatives: lots of rice (be prepared to get full), preselected rolls, most all cooked or semi cooked, quality of seafood average
