It was 1 am and I wanted to order something but they wouldn't let me order through the drive through I don't have a car so when I asked someone to order for me the black guy that works at night was telling people they were closed I stood out there for an hour asked a couple of more people and he said they were closed .HOW IS CLOSED ITS A 24HR DRIVE THROUGH!!!

I've always had a great experience at this Jack, but I will never go there again. Very rude night manager(Fri 9/29/23). The night before the night manager told me to be there before 11pm. The hours posted on the door for the dining room are 6am - 11pm, I was there at 10:45 and the doors were locked, I showed the time on my phone as 10:45 and they still refused to open the door. They then pointed at the drive through window so I walked over and they continued to refuse to let me buy a burger. And the night manager would not open the doors as it was still before 11pm. They refused to give me any explanation or reason. I was working late and very hungry and it's very close to my work.
