I went drive thru today 1/3/24 and I could tell a youngster named Carlos was fully focused on my order, was very courteous and got my order 100% right. it's been a while since I got great customer service but I had a great experience with his service, give this man a raise or something. Had the worst experience ever today by Ana she is the worst in taking orders on drive thru and when I pulled to the window no personality very rude when giving me my amount and when I asked for my receipt she gave me a ugly stare when she gave me my receipt she was so rude with her ugly attitude. Not sure who made her mad but she don't belong in that drive thru window she belongs on the floor cleaning or something, luckily another lady then gave me my food I asked her nicely if I can get the girls full name she said yes it's Annabelle but on my receipt says Ana I believe the lady was maybe a manager or something but I didn't want to complain right there cuz they were busy so I just grabbed my food and when I was leaving Ana with a attitude said bye bitch have a great day she was lucky I didn't reverse or went inside to tell her something I just left so she can enjoy her sad life working a job she clearly does not like. You guys will do better without her. Please either get rid of her or show her some customer service please

When did the burritos become so small. I ordered the grande breakfast burrito and it's so tiny. All the other locations I goto make them bigger. Maybe because it's 4 o'clock in the morning they're being lazy. But what if that's the case the price should drop since I'm not paying for a burrito that that make different at all the other locations. The guy at the drive-thru was super nice though.

The lady in the drive through with all the makeup on 10/3 around 2:45pm was so rude. First she takes my order and she missed one item then she delete my other Items and after I tell her that I wanted it all together she was rude and almost raised her voice at me after I apologized for the miscommunication. After I checked she gave me the wrong wrap !! I've been coming here all the time and first time I get a drive through person like this

I order 2 different combos TO GO and they forgot my Garlic Fries that I pay for it.I call and the manager was VERY RUDE and NOT RESPECTFUL I'm very disappointed. I have very limited time to have my lunch.Her answer was if your not "Happy, bring the food back and I will return your money back, she hang up and doesn't answer the phone any more.That is my favor place, I'm in shock with her actitud.Parking: You always find parking spot

Been coming to this jack in the box for years and today I had the worst experience with a lady by the name of Ana she literally took forever to give me service she had such a bad attitude and on top of that she gave me the wrong order it's because of people like this that jack in the box gets bad reviews like I say if you don't like your job don't work there I will be calling corporate to make sure they know about how disrespectful this lady is

Very bad service, from the manager and they insulted us and and didn’t help us with a solution just because we were asking for the money back, because they didn't have an item for which I paid, for it seems unfair to me that they mistreat us due to their mistake. and to top it off, they gave me my order wrong. I strictly asked for no onions in my items, and I received a lot of onions in my item.I feel like they should pay more attention to the details, especially from the mobile orders since they couldn’t help me out with any solution. and besides that I got my order cold I ordered a fajita and the bread was really crunchy which I assume is supposed to be soft. My missing item was supposed to be discontinued but that’s why I asked for my refund which was 2.20 very bad service..
