Jack is the best many varieties. Great prices, I get coupons. It stays open late. Do watch the price on this location at woodman and victory location. There is one gal charges $ $2.00 more on jumbo plater. She charges 8.xxand on the receipt she puts plus sausage and bacon. All other jack charges 6.××. I asked her this jack charge is much higher than other jack. She adjusted at the time. She overcharge me 3 times or so watch the prices.

Usually I love this place, but today's experience left me feeling meh. The drive thru wait was very long. The employee did apologize. However the breakfast combo was listed at one price and I was charged a dollar more, and was told it was tax. Really? And didn't receive any napkins with my order! ?

This horrible big white guy at the drive through kept saying “what” so I spoke up and he cursed me out and when I finished ordering he said “your effing food with be at the window.” He cursed multiple times using the F word. And the manager proceeded NOT to do anything about it.

This is for the JITB on Woodman and Victory. I usually go to this location because it's the closest one, well the last time I went there was a long line at the drive thru so I decided to kill time by reading their Yelp reviews. I was a little shocked about all the negative reviews, mainly because everyone is complaining about their orders being wrong, I've never had an issue with them about wrong orders. So anyways I finally make my way to the order sign and order two Ultimate Cheeseburgers, six tacos, and mozzarella cheese sticks. I pay at the window, get home, my roommate opens the bag and goes "What's this?" I look and instead of two Ultimate Cheeseburgers they gave me two of the little itty bitty cheeseburgers that used to cost a dollar! Argh! They got me too! On top of that I realized that they didn't give me my receipt either! Those dirty dogs didn't want me coming back to complain. Live and learn, from now on I will be checking my order before I leave.

Went there this morning I wanted to grab some breakfast but I needed to use the restroom first and I needed to go real bad. Somebody was using the restroom and I politely ask if it's possible to use employees restroom. The guy with a arm sleeve tattoo and Mohawk didn't even let me finish my sentence and said NO! And turn his back on me. Like bro at least tell me you guys aren't allowed to or is against company's policy which is understandable but don't act like if I'm asking you for money. I simply just ask because you never know when there might be someone nice enough to let you in. I Guess you won't find that here.

I come here at least once a week. Employees are great and I get my order pretty fast. I recommend this Jack in the box to anyone in the area .

Only reason I gave a one star is because they wouldn't let me put a review if I didn't. This was my go to place up until last week when I had a horrible experience. I completely understand one item not be good but for all my order to be horrible is NOT acceptable! First they charged me for a spicy chicken combo which they advised me they ran out of after I paid, that I can take in, BUT after driving home and seeing all my food either under cook or over cooked was A big issue for me. I took my food back and got even worse food, their excuse was that the fridge was not working right due to the heat. That comment made me way more concerned because why would you sever food that's not properly stored? I was so disappointed. Their staff is usually pleasant but that day I got horrible service. Never will I go back in fact I haven't went back to any other location after that. That's how bad the service and food was. Also they wouldn't give me their name after being extremely rude. The person who took my order and this guy were extremely rude, they definitely need customer service training because kindness and correcting an order the first time goes a long way.

When I entered Jack in box in the 6416 Woodman Ave, the both cashiers were laughing at me and my friend, for the reason that we can't opened the door when we want to enter. Then I ask for manager because they was laughing to our faces, but one of the girls run away. They won't tell their manager, they just tell that the manager wasn't available. I ask for their names but they didn't tell. It was terrible experience!!! I was asking for their names but she is still laughing at me and said that I'm disturbing her to work. I am disappointed!!! There is no client service!!!!

This is by far the worst Jack in the Box in Valley. The manager is clueless and there’s no drink machine is by the counter as opposed to outside. It also seems like the employees are under the influence by either drugs or alcohol. Not a very welcoming atmosphere at all. Very depressing in fact.

Long rant:The food at Jack is always good, but the service that we got wasn't the best. The cashier gave us attitude or made us feel stupid. We had ordered Tacos, but since we haven't ordered from there in a while, we had said "Crunchy Tacos". Thinking they also had soft Tacos, but I guess they didn't. We had asked and didn't get an answer. Then the girl giving us our order did the same thing. She got annoyed/upset that we told her we wanted Ranch, even though she asked us. When we asked for Barbecue, after being asked what else we wanted, she made a face like "Ugh!" and handed it to us in our hands, instead of inside the bag. The way she handed it to us was weird, too. I'm not sure how to describe it other than "here ?" and then spreading her hands slowly. I pretty much stared at her the whole time, to see if she would notice that she was being rude/weird. She also didn't give us hot sauce. I don't know if she likes working there or not, but she applied to the job, she knew what she was getting into. Overall an immature little girl. She doesn't deserve to be called a lady/woman because she wasn't behaving like one. I love Jack In The Box, but the service I received was the worst I've ever experienced in my life.
