I am a huge customer but I've had a bad experience from the location on Wilshire in ktown but they didn't care!! Well not only did this location made me feel very welcomed, they are extremly friendly and made all my sandwiches to my liking making sure they made everything right!! I defiantly recomend this location!!!

Absolutely lovely staff. So pleasant, kind and considerate. I observed a disabled senior (she was in a power wheelchair). Come in with a very mean attitude, complaining.The staff was SO calm, and cool with her. I work in healthcare, and people can be SUPREMELY entitled. Y'all were absolutely brilliant, with servicing her!Thank you for a great experience and food! I just wish there was more sitting room!! My ONLY complaint!

Best sandwiches on the Block... always safe bet no matter what town your in. Maybe other places are better IDK, I wouldn't risk it when theres a Jersey Mike's. That's the go-to spot hands down.

Every time I visit Jersey Mikes I spend between 40 to $60. I usually take for family/ friends. I usually visit the San Fernando location. However, I've been twice at the Van Nuys location. The last time was about two months ago during lunch time on a Wednesday. One of the staff a male Anglo " yelled" calling my attention. I was not talking to anybody , I was looking at the girls making sandwiches. I did NOT how to react and looked at him. He yelled again! The gentleman ahead of me, asked if I wanted him to place the order for me. The two ladies, laughed. I felt I was in " The Twilight Zone". I frozen. I have NOT been back and "very fearful to encounter such rude young man
