Easily the best lasagna I've ever had, and maybe my favorite thing to eat in LA. I've had about everything on the menu and all of it is amazing. The owner is super nice and always remembers me (and my dog). I get so excited whenever they come near my house!
The Tagliatelle Al Ragù was some of the best I've ever had. We happened to stumble upon this gem of a food truck one night because they do these food truck nights every Thursday. Great service and friendly bunch of folks just doing they love. You can taste the love they put into their work in the quality of the food. I wish they were here more often, but the times they are, I'm ordering that pasta!

La La Lasagna is to die for and if I was dying, I would want this as my last meal. I'm not being hyperbolic when I say this is my favorite food to eat *ever* and I have a child-like giddiness when I have the chance to stop by this truck.Chef Michelangelo is the nicest man on the planet and I'm happy to give him all my money. Do yourself a big favor and RUN to get some.
