Ordered an esquite through postmates and they never put chile on it. Arrived cold and didn’t taste good.

The employees today at night give bad service as if you were going to ask for a gift. It was not only Ami, during the time I was with my family, other customers came in and even made fun of you or got upset when you asked them for something else when they were there. inside or you ask for napkins and they tell you oh, they don't offer their service well

Very bad service. I ordered an ice cream with the label choco banana. I payed for it and when I tried the ice cream it was a completely different ice cream. I asked her what ice cream she had jst served me and she realized it wasn't the correct one. That it was a hot chocolate flavor. I asked if it could be switched, her response was no. I told her it was mislabeled and not my mistake. She refused to switch it out. I told her to keep her ice cream and left. I went back just to take pictures of the mislabeled ice cream. Some are obvious to spot knowing it's not the correct ice cream but some like in my case are not.

Beware!!! I ordered tostilocos & the cueritos (pork) had black & green mold. It was too late before realizing that it had mold. Asked to speak to a manager & the lady said "they cannot be found." She called her manager on their phone on speaker in front of me. Manager stated that they receive the cueritos (pork) like that & it's "normal." Had such a hard time getting a refund & receipt. The lady that placed my order told me she couldn't give me a receipt because she didn't have paper. I did not want to leave without a receipt just in case I get sick. I did eventually receive a refund and receipt via email after fighting for it!!!

No idea how this place is only 3.5 stars. Tried like 6 flavors and they were all so good. Not to mention really unique! Never had most of these flavors before. They don't have labels for the ice cream flavors but the woman working there was super helpful and very patient. She told us every single flavor there was. Ended up going with a scoop of sapote, I think it's like the pixtle flavor from wanderlust, which is one of my favorites. Will definitely be back!
good customer service and also some bomb ice cream choices! just didnt have cheese for the hot cheetos but they were waiting on inventory so it was understandable. high recommend if you want a decent price and something cool for the day ! i love the background music as-well it suits the place.

Snacks are great but omg the prices add up so freaking quick. Getting like 3 or 4 things usually ends up being $40. Can't complain too much because inflation has hit all of us, but damn, I have to take one star away lol. Other than that, no complaints.

Tried the nuez raspado and the vanilla raspado today. Very artificial tasting and had me feeling sick for the rest of the day. Hard to make raspado day a failure but unfortunately this shop did that for us !!!
