Im pretty disappointed I have been a loyal loyal customer for more than 10 years . Sadly the service here is horrible and not only that I placed my order over the phone 45 minutes ago . I show up and I'm still waiting another 30 minutes . This isn't how you treat the customers . They have raised their prices to almost double the price for full pollo a la brasa . The food I will say is very very good and taste really good but you cannot be charging these premium prices not have food done on time and not only that make the client wait more . Smh

I have to give another bad review to Lola's Chicken. It is incredibly abusive to sell the 2 liter Inka kola for 400% more than what it costs at a supermarket. Let's not even talk about their prices on the regular sodas 300% markup. If it happens that you will eat there, do not purchase any drinks until they lower their abusive prices. This is totally unacceptable!!

Hours state they close at 10:00 on Saturdays! I arrived at 9:30 and they said they were closed. Gas is too high for businesses to have inconsistent hours. This would have been my first time, I'm not coming back.

Day Visited: Tuesday at 6:30 PM Price Range: $34-$36 (for whole chicken) Parking: Parking lot or street parking near neighborhood areas Ordered: Pollo con Tres Accompanamientos and Chicha Morada This spot was soooo incredibly good. The chicken was juicy, tender, and flavorful and the sauces that came with it was perfectly paired for the fries and rice that was ordered as well. The cashiers and servers were also very attentive and kind, and directed us to get any utensils and napkins, if needed. I was there on a Tuesday around 6:30, and it was completely empty, but after an hour, the place was packed, so any time after 7:30-8, expect a manageable crowd (not too wild though). I will definitely be back!

I ordered a whole chicken on Sunday the chicken was raw blood was coming out of the chicken when I called they did nothing to fix the situation!!! Poor service obviously the owner doesn't care about the customer!

The chicken is the best I've had, but the prices are outrageous. $3.49 for an inca kola in a can that you can get at Vallarta for 50 cents. The chicha is $5 for an 8oz can! Thats just criminal and also the ppl here have the worst customer service i have seen.

The chicken it's delicious, the staff could be a bit more happy and friendly when at the counter. Good music! I order online they didn't have my order ready it took over an hour from ordering until being ready and honestly parking it's almost impossible. Too many shops and very little parking!
