If you are going to almost force everyone to order online. Your website should operate flawlessly. Yet it took almost 20 minutes to submit and order and even when I did it gave me error messages. Then I see the charges on my credit card 4 times and you have no resolution. Garbage business with a garbage website.

I am not okay with this establishment. It smells like cigarettes inside. The lady licks her finger to open the bag and ties it which is Germy. So therefore idk how they handle and prep the food. It made me lose my appetite even wanting to eat the food after. Its just very questionable coming here. I dont know how clean they are. She seems so unhappy too.

Tried this lunch spot today based off Yelp reviews. It did not disappoint. Quiet, clean, and the food was delicious. The owner, Lusy, was there and brought us a sample of their leek soup before bringing our order out. It was fantastic. We took some to go after finishing our meal. Highly recommend you seek out this hidden gem. My only complaint... parking is a little tough.

Absolutely delicious!! The owner was very kind, great customer service all around. The food was excellent and definitely a fair price for the size and quality of everything we tried. Everything was tasty but the standouts were the chicken lula, the hummus, and the creamy chicken with leek soup. Will absolutely be back.

If there is justice in this world, Lusy's will continue to grow and share this delicious food far beyond the borders of the LA area. I've tried many other Greek/mediterranean/middle Eastern restaurants in the valley and this is my favorite. I have had almost everything on the menu at this point and I have never been let down. This is a great place to try unfamiliar dishes because it's all done so well. I usually order delivery but on the occasion I went in the service was extremely friendly as well. Delivery is well organized with labels so you can order multiple wraps for a family for example and you'll know which is which. I'm moving from LA soon and can honestly say Lusy's will be the place I miss the most! Best of luck to you!

We arrived just past 3PM for a late lunch. First impressions - a lovely low-key, clean, comfortable place. No music was playing, we could hear ourselves think! We were welcomed by a lovely sophisticated lady behind the counter (Lusy?) who told us the menu was accessed via QR code at the table. After deciding what we wanted, she promptly disappeared and there was no one at the counter anymore. After a while, we figured perhaps we had to approach the counter to order - and a kindly gent came over to take our orders; he let us know it would take about 10 minutes. We took our drinks back and were content to wait. Food arrived in polystyrene clamshell takeout boxes, with disposable silverware. Seemed like a relic practice from the pandemic. Not a huge deal but still, this was a sit-down restaurant... Food - we ordered a gyro plate and a mixed lula plate ("Lula lovers") plus one soda. The chicken and beef lula were tender, the gyros was also tasty. The salad and tsatziki were fresh and refreshing. Rice was fluffy and humus/pita were also good. Wishing the meat portions could have been a little larger for the price. When we were done - we looked around and there was absolutely no staff around. We tidied up our take-away boxes and left them (plus the plastic water cup) on the table and left without even a chance to say good bye ... to any staff. How strange, we felt as if we had imposed on them! Mixed feeling. I enjoyed the food more than my partner did, but the service was puzzling.
Delicious Mediterranean food. Usually get the chicken kabobs. Recipes are authentic from Lusy's mother and can't be beat. A warm greeting awaits you at Lusy's. Highly recommended.

First time here and we will be back. Food was well prepared and tasty. We were treated by the female owner and she was extremely friendly and gracious. Only complaint was it's a small place with very few tables and seats and we had to sit near the door, and on a cool night every time the door opened we got a blast of that chilled air!Parking: Tiny lot with very small spaces and the odd shape of the lot sometimes makes it difficult to get into a spot
