Done with this one. Arrived at 10:15am, didn’t want to get out because of the rain, waited 15min to pull up to the ordering box and they stopped serving breakfast as I pull up. I asked if they could serve up a breakfast sandwich since it just turned and I had been waiting. Nope.I frequented this McDs as it was on the way to and from work. I have seen some questionable customer service in that time, but this was the straw for me.The particularly annoying thing about the experience was the car ahead of me did not pull up after placing the order, so the menu changed while I could only twiddle my thumbs.I’m giving the food 3 stars because it’s the same as any McDs which is also why I won’t need to come back to this one.

I hate to say it, but ....they're just unfriendly. I've been here like 30 times and they never say good morning. They give me nothing but attitude. I don't like feeling treated with cold indifference every day because I might look like someone else. So;* Clean* Hot food* Quick* Easy parking Maybe 5 stars for everyone else; but not for me. :(

I went in for coffee, but their coffee machine didn't work and I waited 15 minutes for a bun! I've been waiting 15 minutes for my order, which I forgot about. They gave it to me only after I reminded them. This attitude is terribly unpleasant.

Went through the drive thru in the morning before work and asked for the 2 for $5 deal with a lemonade. I was rung up for 2 sandwiches for $12 and another sandwich for $5, but I was never shown this on the screen and when I got to the window, the cashier never told me the amount to pay. But I have never had any issues with McDonald's (I know, very rare lol) so I trusted they would have it right. I was charged a total of $21, when I expected to pay $6. I would've went back and had it corrected, but I had to go to work. Go to the one in North Hills on Parthenia if you can. I have NEVER had an issue with them. This one is bad.

This soulful person will be completely indifferent to you. When you came to the restaurant before ordering something, if you want to go to the toilet. He won’t care, he’ll just tell you to wait until you get to the line. He won’t tell you the password for the toilet door. and you’ll go to your pants in need. That’s such a gorgeous restaurant here.
