Come here all the time for a quick bite. Emanuel at the drive through was really clear and able to explain my order and what each item comes with. Really appreciate advising when orders come with onions

I ordered a double cheese burger and small fries. I paid $9.23. The small fries were $4.19, and the double cheesburger was a little more than the fries. Not even a soda with it. I ask myself, " Why did I even go there?" NEVER AGAIN!

It's more than a little infuriating to be told to order on the kiosk when it can't even process payment. Saw it happen over and over while we were eating-- why do the cashiers insist on sending people in circles? Are they entertained by the struggle? Also this place stopped offering coffee refills.

It's always been weird and cheap tasting, I didn't raise my kids on fast food, especially this Chain. All of them are grown, healthy and slim. My daughter wanted a smoothie but we were hungry and weren't going home for a while, so we got burgers for the 1st time in years. I don't like ketchup, they put it automatically, I forgot about that. The smoothie was decent, and they do have good coffee & breakfast items!

Forced to use this ridiculously tedious Kiosk to place order! Insanely inconvenient! Workers will not take your order at register! No longer giving refills on soft drinks. Won't accept bills with anything over a $20 bill! Only one table eating inside. This is only a shell of the company they used to be and how they cared about customers.

You can't even address any of them because none of them were the badge, and whoever you talk to, call them self manager. Continue dreaming.There is plenty mcd around with much more "better service."
