Had an online order and was giving a specific time to pick up the food but when I got there at the time it was going to be ready to be picked up it wasn't even ready let alone being cooked yet. It didn't seem that busy but it took a whole 30mins for my food to be ready. They also messed up the order for one of my family members.

Warm greeting, excellent customer service, Linda was helpful, kind, and so welcoming. The food was fresh, delicious, nice and hot! I got the beef and katsu that came with macaroni salad, rice and vegetables. All were delicious. A great experience. Thank you!

Only have order Hawaiian BBQ chicken but every time it was perfectly cooked (soft, moist & juicy). Mini plate is still under $10 and the location is kept clean with all staff working hard and being friendly.
