Yummy Hawaiian comfort food. BBQ chicken is delish. Steamed cabbage and spam musubi also super good! Generous portions too.

Staff were friendly and nice, I ordered short rib with no rice, all veggies. I was happy with the taste quality and portion. Only issue was the veggies that they were overcooked and there was no crunch into it and also I had to do a few times back-and-forth to get more napkins .

Went to the store and place the order two mini hawaiian bbq chicken during a busy time. It's understandable that it will take time to get my order.The annoying part is the people that order after me got their orders before me. It's not just one order, three orders was done before mine. Those prior orders are not phone orders mind you. And my order is a simple Mini Hawaiian Bbq Chicken. So yeah, i'll just a phone order next time.If i didn't have an order from someone else, i would have definitely refused the order and gotten a refund.

I usually don't leave reviews especially bad ones, but this is my way of writing this place off and preventing anyone else from wasting money on this place. I just ordered a BBQ mix plate and am still disgusted as a write this review. I've had better beef jerky than the sad excuse for beef short ribs that came with this meal. Mostly bone and fat and no flavor. The same goes for the bbq beef pieces that came with it. Every single piece was like chewing a piece of fat. The chicken is disgusting that's all I have to say about that. I had to spit out almost every piece of meat I chewed and eventually just gave up on the meal all together. The Mac salad was ok but L&L blows it out of the water. Lastly, for the owner of this establishment that will eventually read this and ask for some redemption...don't waste your time. Spend more time purchasing better quality meat please for the love of god.

The most delicious meal I have had in a while!! The Hawaiian BBQ Mix with Chicken Katsu came to my door piping hot, packaged well. The food was prepared quickly and arrived before I had expected it. There was plenty of sauce for each item and a lot of rice and vegetables included as well. The Chicken Katsu was delectable, with perfect breading. Such delicious beef BBQ and succulent ribs. Will order this again and again!
The service was mad that I accidentally ordered under "GrubHub" other than my name. I didn't understand this. I asked "what's the difference?" And they said "we put sauces in there for you. We don't do that unless it's GrubHub."so she was pissed. She had to do 30 seconds more work because I was not GrubHub. That's annoying.

My wife took her mom here while I was dropping off her car across the street at Costco for a tire change. When we first arrived here, they were not busy so we were able to order. We went with the grill chicken breast plate. The order took a while to be made since they are making it fresh so my wife went outside to sit since they were cold inside. I went to use the restroom and it requires a key to get in. After I got out and returned the keys, the food was ready. My wife and her mom really like the chicken breast and macaroni that came with it. The employees were polite when I asked for a side plate and asked if I needed anything else.Vegetarian options: They have some salad here and vegetarian dishes.Parking: We didn't have any issues finding parking here since it share a parking lot with LA fitness.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a large Postmates order with 3 fish plates and various sides. They sent me ALL SHORT RIB PLATES. The receipt on the bag was correct so it was obvious this was the careless mistake of the employee that packaged the food. I called the store and they said they would remake the order so when I picked it up, they gave it to me with only ONE fish plate, and none of our sides. They proceeded to make the missing items, and when they gave me my order again, THEY WERE STILL MISSING 2 OF THE SIDES. The staff at this location are clearly incompetent. Please hire new staff that won't make a joke out of this delicious restaurant !
