I order a large pepperoni pizza was really good quality. It was ready at the exact time they told us to pick it up. Staff was really nice and place was really clean I recommend coming here!

I have been ordered at this location for 5 years with stuff crust hand toss. It used to come with thick layer and full of cheese but lately came very thin like thin crust pizza and little cheese. If they still not improve, I think it’s time to change to Domino pizza.

Pretty ridiculous that you have to pay one whole dollar extra for a dipping sauce that should be included with an order of dipping sticks. Seems greedy from pizza hut. The employees here are great, and the food is good but this review is for pizza hut's policies as a whole. I can get dipping sticks and FREE dipping sauce else where from local small businesses who deserve my business.

I was at work when I decided to try out the new Pizza Hut melts for lunch, so I placed my order online and picked it up at this location. I ordered the pepperoni melt and when I took the first bite I noticed the top layer of BOTH melts was super hard that when I took a bite of it, it would just fall apart because it was that crusty (rock hard). So I immediately called the store and asked if it's supposed to be this crusty (rock hard) the employee said yes, I told him this was not enjoyable to eat and it was like if he didn't even care. I was back at work so I just threw it away. I am very disappointed because my go to spot for pizza and wings is always Pizza Hut. This experience just made me reconsider going somewhere else for pizza.

Placed an order online for delivery and it switched it to pick up. They ask for you to give a tip, starting at 18% for pickup and charge a service fee. Pizza was over cooked and not worth the price.

I have spent alot of money at this particular pizza hut. I placed my order 5/7/23 around 12:30am and when i received my pizza it looked the driver got into a car accident or something literally pizza was all over the place looked like puke, also ordered cinnabon rolls and they were stale. I called back and they said all they can do 25 dollar credit. They didnt even want to cover my full order.

I ordered chicken wings, and I got some disgusting pieces of garbage chicken...almost vomited from this crap that I won't even call food
I rated this experience 1 star because when I opened the container, for a second I thought they had only given me half my order. I ordered an eight piece boneless wings. Five of the pieces were regular sized but the remaining three were so small that, put together, they would be the size of one of the others. Also, after ordering, we decided to look on the Wing Stop website to compare. You can get five more wings for a little less money at Wing Stop. I’m not sure if this was an oversight on the part of the worker or if they think serving a customer little bits and calling it a full sized wing is ok, but it’s not. I will never go to Pizza Hut again for wings. Wing Stop will be my new jam!!

Always come here for a personal pineapple pizza. All of the employees have a great attitude. There's a manager/supervisor that really knows how to handle customers with an attitude. Kudos to everyone at this store?

Horrible customer service. The manager lied and said he made our pizza, when they were confronted about the missing jalapeños on our pizza. They told us we are lying lol I asked for a number to text the pictures or email. So I have provided them with the proof here. #doyouseejalapenos. My nephew was crying and upset bc he had not eaten .
