First of all, I love their Acai energizer, it's my absolute favorite. I guess it's the non-fat yogurt that gives it the slight tangy delicious taste. I tried other classic smoothies, mostly berry ones and a green one, and acai bowls, they are pretty standard quality. Didn't really like berry reboost, that one tastes very meh. However I had to take 1 star off because one particular girl employee over there always seems unhappy. I was trying to redeem a reward and had some problem, and she just said she doesn't know, not slightly wanted to help me. The guys there are usually very friendly, though. Overall it's a nice clean shop with good acai smoothie.

I typically go to this Robeks after the gym when I haven't ate breakfast. This morning at around 8:30a.m., I placed an online order while I was finishing up at the gym. I arrived 12 minutes after and noticed only one customer waiting & no employees. Finally, some girl appears, I smile at her & she rolls her eyes & turns her back to me. Not ONCE wanting to acknowledge me or even saying she'd "be with me in a sec". By what it looked like, she was working alone so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. 10 minutes pass & still no acknowledgment. At this point, another customer was also waiting for 5 minutes & not once did she acknowledge him either. Clearly she was having a bad day. Finally, she finished the previous customers order, Looked at me and rudely asked "do you have a pick up order?" I said yes & provided my name. Immediately she says "it's not ready" and walks away again. She pulls the toast from the toaster & I can't see it's been sitting there this whole time that I've been waiting. By the time my order is ready, it has been over 25 minutes since I placed my order & only the words above were spoken. She basically threw my order at me & walked away again. I have never experienced ANY rude employee at this establishment until her. Completely uncalled for. I get she was working alone & for this I didn't give her attitude, but her attitude towards me was extremely unprofessional. Since I was in a hurry to get to work, I didn't bother wasting my time arguing with a brat. Clearly I was wrong about how this Robeks hires their employees.

During my visit to SoCal, I decided to stop by Robeks. The staff were very helpful on giving recommendations to me, since I have been to other chains such as Jamba Juice before. I got a Medium Nuts about Protein. The smoothie isn’t too sweet, compared to other chains, which I love. The store was clean, plenty of seating available. Overall, I would recommend this chain to others.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options available upon request

I don't want to return to Robeks fresh juice their rewards program is such a rip off you have to spend an extensive amount before you receive anything to earn a drink you have to spend $50 or more so good bye adios MF
