Why is this place my favorite restaurant event though it is so small. I know that nowadays people are looking for fancy restaurants but the food is horrible. Socorro restaurant always has fresh Tortillas handmade by those hard working women. Their fry beans ? like omg but just go once and I promise you will be hook with their food.

A calm and family atmosphere. Pretty good food. The staff that attends from "regular" to "good". Out of 10 I think I'll give them a 7. As an extra piece of information I must say that they make the tortillas very delicious since they are made by hand and are made from corn.I think the prices are also about fair.Also as a suggestion, I think the place could use a remodel since it looks quite old and battered. And not to mention the bathrooms, you definitely have to be more careful and designate people to be in charge of their maintenance and cleaning. Especially when they are so close to the kitchen.✌️?????️??????

My favorite hole in the wall. Fresh handmade tortillas and delicious entrees. My favorite is the asada plate it's just perfect. My husband loves the menudo.

Socorro's has some great dishes chili verde de res w/ tortillas made by hand being one of them. The place is big but small which is weird but kitchen and food storage taking the most of the space with murals coloring the walls. The seating is some tables with chairs and the plastic booths iykyk... lol....
