For some reason, I always randomly end up at this one, and it's been a good enough experience where I added this as one of my favorite locations once I finally pinpointed it. Parking is in the lot, but there are some on the side street there where I never had an issue. Sometimes they are out of my tea, but that goes for all locations, not just this one so I cannot blame them. Otherwise, friendly employees from what I have seen, and I know what to expect. If I'm in the valley, this is normally the one I'll make my way to.

There is no option for no star or half stars & there should be! I started stopping here regularly on my way in to work cuz they seem to be on their game but they were living up to typical "Monday" standards it seems! I will bring them back their wrong order when I have time but the whole point of a mobile order is cuz time is money & I don't have time to lollygag in the mornings on the way in to work!!!

I was in the area to have my car serviced at the KIA dealership located a few miles from this Starbucks location. I’m not from the site and needed to kill a few hours until my vehicle was ready.This is an excellent location with good service.There is only outdoor seating, so space is limited if you want to work from the laptop for a few hours.The service is quick and efficient, and there is only one bathroom.This place isn’t great for large groups or study groups.My usual order is a grande ice chai with almond milk and a bagel with cream cheese, and this time, I got a chocolate chip cookie as well.Free, easy parking.

UMMMM these new ice cubes are AMAZING!!!! Also, this location is the best. Super nice people and make the drinks sooo fast! Never have to wait when I arrive for pickup.

I come from Toluca Lake to get my latte. I hadn’t been in in about 6 months and infrequently previous year because of a move. Mark and Madi both recognized me and remembered my name. Their greeting ( plus perfectly made latte, non fat 1 Splenda) raised my spirits and brings me back now weekly. Starbucks has amazing staff at this location and makes the customers feel at home.Parking: Parking for me has been easy. If street parking or the parking in front of SB is full then there’s a free lot in the back, less then 1/2 block away.

Hard to come up with new superlatives for a place everyone goes everyday lol. Good coffee, the dogs love the pup cups. Nothing to say. Just go. I will add this one remodeled sometime recently I guess, and it is much nicer than it was before. Still very popular.
