I decided to come into this location to work. All the employees were very friendly and service was quick. I especially loved sitting outside on the patio in the sunshine. This is one of my favorite locations. Kudos to the team!

This was the worst Starbucks experience I ever had. I'm a therapist for kids with autism, and that job can be stressful so I came in to get a little drink as a pick me up. I walked in and NO ONE greeted me, NO ONE even said, hello or even looked my way... I use to be a worker at Chipotle, actually before Chipotle I already had 10 years of Customer Service experience... so I know what to look for. Continuing on.. some guy or nonbinary person (don't mean to offend I'm not sure) with black hair in a side pony tail comes up with the most nastiest attitude and says, "what do you want" I tell him, and he says, "is that all or what?" And mind you it's not about what you say it's how you say it.. and it was kind of rude and condescending... with a lot of unnecessary attitude. kind of gross tbh.. i was on the phone with a friend and she was like, "eww why the hell is he talking to you like that?!" I'm the type to tip hundred dollar bills... yall didn't deserve that. I felt kinda down already as I had a weird day, but that was the icing on the cake. Do better, don't care what area you're in or if you don't like your job, always put your best self forward.

OH JUST BE CAREFUL ANYONE WHOSE HUMAN! Isn’t it normal for people to make mistakes? My daughter (13 ) accidentally took someone else drink and it was just too late after she realized it, so she went back to the store and apologizes and offered to buy the lady’s drink. But she horribly answered back to her saying that “how can she actually mistake her drink for ours” and so on, speaking horribly back to my daughter! My daughter offered to buy her drink. And the lady insisted her to buy it for her but when she realized I was with my daughter she suddenly became the nice guy! Saying that she shouldn’t do such a thing! But by this time, my daughter already feels so guilty! We go to one of the Starbuck’s workers (hoping she would make my daughter feel better about the situation) maybe offer some help on what we can do but NO she just humiliates my daughter even more, scoffing saying “ how you even mix up these two drinks.”. I just want people to know about the service of this place before their next visit to this place!

The manager Andy is incredibly rude to the customers. Every time i go in, she’s always talking about the customers in such a rude way when they’re not around to hear it. She’s super rude to the homeless people that come in, and for no reason! i often overhear the baristas talking about how their milk is expired and they STILL serve it to people. It’s disgusting and appalling. their trash is often overflowing and the toilet is constantly covered in DOODOO STREEKS! The other baristas are cool though, very friendly people. The dude with the piercings was cool

I hate this place already. I just went for two iced lattes with soy milk and a chocolate pop. And the coffees are horrible. So strong. And they put regular milk instead of soy milk. I never ask for an extra shot of espresso or anything. No wonder that MF charged me more. This hot day and traffic times. That mf was lucky l didn't go back. I just wasted my money.
