Honestly, I don’t know what Karen Reseles’s review is all about, sounds made up in my opinion(or lives up to her name)! I have gor years at this subway and all I can say is that the manager Ana is absolutely amazing, kind, polite, efficient, and professional each time I visit the location. The customer service in general is inviting and wonderful. Not only that but I’ve always been greatly impressed by the cleanliness, spotlessness & both the exquisite cuisine offered by all the employees. Ana and her staff are very attentive and ALWAYS ensure that my sandwiches are perfectly made to my taste. If you ever plan to visit a subway or make an online order I can’t recommend this place enough!?❤️Kid-friendliness: They offer a very nice customizable kids pack, that includes a mini subway, chips/cookie, and juice/milk.☺️

This lady Ana Is one of the worst person at customer service I ask to speak to a manager and what a surprise!!! She said she is the manager now!!! I really miss the old subway days I been coming here for more then 5 years the previous administration was way better don’t come to this place just go to the Dennis across the street other wise you’ll have to deal with this lady

Ordered thru Doordash and wanted to tell this place how I want my food made, but they never picked up the phone. I was disgusted. Can’t explain my preferences thru Doordash. They don’t allow special requests.

This location sucks. Workers don't greet and they short you in ingredients. Order a footlibg but basically received a 6" with just extra bread. Not exaggerating. It was a new hire workers. Hopefully management or supervisors correct/train properly. I will not be back

Haven't been to subway in years but I saw on the news they had changed the menu to bring customers back so I decided to give it a try. I got the supreme meats and he didn't know what was on it had to look at the plastic menu and then he put the wrong toppings on it, so apparently they did no training. I thought the ingredients were going to be better thicker and tastier but it was the same medium quality ingredients and the footlong combo with a cup of soup was $18. That's quality meal at a sit down restaurant. I wouldn't mind the price if it was a better sub but it really was the same food. So many better options out there!

The absolute worst sandwich I've ever had from Subway. I ordered the Cali turkey sub and it comes with bacon... Tell me why right when I start eating, i bite right into a piece of bone! Bone that was on the bacon! I got so paranoid I avoided finishing my sandwich afterwards. And I persistently check my teeth to see if I didn't break off a piece.. I'll be avoiding Subway for quite some time after this experience.

Everytime i come here and the manager is there i believe his name is apu Its always an issue, always out of something or has some excuse. Then i tell him to put signs that hes out of things and he looks at me like im telling him to go slap his mother. But then theres a sign on the sliders for a 10 cent difference in price but he cant put a sign saying hes out of soup or sliders? He just has a bad attitude but i guess thats why he works at subway.. anyway if the owner is reading this fire apu The girls here are always pleasant though you should promote one of them.
