Place looks neat and clean, but the staff tries to short you on the ingredients at every possible step. Service with a smile does not exist to begin with and got worse when they only put three tomatoes on a foot-long. Seems like a cultural thing.

Came here at 2pm on 6/13. I was beyond flustered and anxious trying to place a platter order for a family gathering hosting a loved ones passing. Felt scatterbrained and almost incapable of placing this order. The man who was working was so so patient, flexible, kind, and beyond graceful as he navigated my scatterbrained- flustered self. He even offered to go pick up wraps from another location after not having enough for my platter - we opted for subs instead but wow - the sweetest kindest man. Thank you for making this shitty week just a little lighter.

They messed up my order and when i tried calling the manager i got no response back, completely ignored my voicemail i left. Horrible customer service!

I been coming here for the past few weeks and always seem to receive a friendly greet by a young gentleman named Louie. Real respectful and I can tell that he does seem to care about his customers. He has made a strong, deep impact the way he conducts himself that I just had to leave a good review for him in hopes that he does get noticed or appreciated more since I can just imagine what it must be like dealing with different attitudes doing customer service. Good job Louie and thank you for your service. Happy Holidays to you too once again.

Website said they took ebt. I went there and ended up using my credit card. Staff made some rude comment to each other about my sandwich order in front of me and laughed. Ended up costing me almost 20 dollars for a combo. I wasn't expecting that at all. I used to go to subway to get good food for a fair price. I felt robbed. I could have gotten a poke bowl somewhere nice for that price instead. Felt intimidated to even ask for a napkin. I used to like subway. Now I don't want to be their customer anymore. Nearly 20 dollars is too much for what they are offering. Ridiculous.

Just a regular subway until you walk in and have Daniel help you out, I always go here for subs and I have never seen it so clean , kudos to Daniel, super friendly and helpful, who I saw working today On this beautiful rainy September day. Got me my sub within 3 minutes and left me impressed with how clean the store is, rainy day subway is the way.

What the heck just got a sandwich and added avocado to half this lady literally grabbed half a slice they had there wasn’t even full of avocado maybe a few smears she proceeded to try to make it seem like the avocado had enough when it didn't what the heck a dollar for a few smears of avocado in a sandwich not worth 12 bucks
