This place is in a sketchy area. I constantly felt like I had to watch my back since many unusual people were using this place as a resting place and asking for money. But overall the team was nice and food was good.
Taco Bell is a guilty pleasure. The food is always consistent, and you know what you're getting. This specific location is a little hard to spot as it is behind construction at the moment. The service is good restraunt is clean and food was hot and fresh. If you're in the area and have a tacobell craving I would recommend this location.
Worker gave the car in front of me my order and told me to go around and waited 14 minutes. To top things off the tacos were cracked. One of the employees was smoking in front of me also and was on his phone he took a good while to give me my food

Ordered a bean burrito extra onions, large mountain dew extra ice. Hot sauce.No hot sauce, no extra onions, mountain dew had ice carbonated water & the tint of mountain dew. Basically it was carbonated water. Yet I have been their when they offered me hot sauce & all I ordered was a drink. 15+ an hour. If you think taco bell is supposed to give you a living wage i guess you should have some skill. OR AT LEAST A FUNCTIONING BRAIN.

I was surprised to read the numerous bad reviews and see such a low rating. I cannot speak for the experiences of others in the past, but my personal experiences at this particular location of Taco Bell have been nothing short of delightful. I reside within close proximity of this establishment, and order from here regularly. Although the surrounding area is a visual blight (a fenced and gutted former Burger King obscures the view and an abandoned car lot is across the street), the restaurant itself is always clean and well-maintained. My orders placed off the app and in person are always ready when I get there and special requests are followed to a T. I've even requested 6 packets of Fire Sauce for a single Taco Supreme and there were exactly 6 in the bag! The staff have been nothing but courteous, friendly, and helpful to me.I will not fault the restaurant for the dilapidated conditions of the surrounding properties. If anything, they should serve as an example to the neighboring businesses.

Taco Bell at Roscoe and Orion in North Hills is possibly the worst Taco Bell in the entire chain. They consistently fail to get drive thru orders correct.Today I ordered 2 bean burritos with extra cheese.The burritos had barely any cheese, yet I was charged an additional $1.20 for the extra cheese. I also ordered 2 taco supremes and 2 crunchy beef tacos. When the order was read back to me the order included the 2 taco supremes. When I got to the window I asked to add cheesy potatoes, the person taking my order didn't know how to add additioanl items to the order, but somehow they removed my 2 taco supremes.I was on lunch break and bringing food to my co-workers so time was of the essence. I couldn't go back because by the time I got back to work and realized the errors, my lunch break was over.I'm just done with this location. 3 out of 5 times the orders are packed wrong and trying to get it straightened out is met with skepticism and borderline rudeness.
