I would go to this places once a week! I don't know if they're temporary closed or permanent. Hopefully they come back! Great food!

I came back to this spot after a while now. I hrew up eating their torta de Al Pastor back in the 90s when it was a food truck down the street. Ive been back here and there and WOW they still got it going on! I had a Taco and a Torta de Al Pastor. God bless em for keeping it going! Hole in the wall yes, but little gem for sure!

VERY sweet girls and I'm guessing their dad working there. My super burrito was basic when I asked a few times and was charged for supreme, BUT the flavor was pretty good, place was clean, and the family was sweet. Just make sure you got your order right before you leave lol

I love the food at taqueria Emanuel my family also loves the food I love the carne asada it is very delicious and because the meat is ranchera
Taqueria Emmanuel definitely qualifies as a "Hole-in-the-Wall" - no doubt about it. That said, the food is amazing. The salsa bar area is clean and the salsa and condiments are truly fresh. The beef, chicken, and shrimp are all perfectly cooked and the salads are great. Even the chips and simple quesadilla are fabulous. The chef (he may be the owner - not sure) is so sweet and accommodating. I can't help but compare this restaurant with Los Tres Hermanos (across Van Nuys Blvd.). Just know this: Taqueria Emmanuel has freshly-prepared, really good food, served with a great big smile and Los Tres Hermanos does NOT. Next time you feel like running into Chipotle or El Pollo Loco - do yourself a favor and try Taqueria Emmanuel. You won't be disappointed.

Delicious food. I ordered the carne asada and chicken tacos, side of beans and rice. Very tasty. Green salsa was really good on the food.
