It's a little food stand on the inside of a crummy hispanic market. It's not Freshly grilled barbecue. You can judge for yourself if you think it's clean inside. I certainly did not. It's a smorgasbord of a store. Setting your expectations so you're not disappointed. Real barbecue connoisseurs will not be impressed with any part of this establishment.

Finally got to try this place! The outside barbecue stand is only open on Saturdays from 11 AM to 6 PM. We arrived around 12:30 PM and there was already a line. The wait time was a little long, but there are only a few ladies prepping the food and they are running around crazy so it's not like they are not trying to work fast. They were all very nice and accommodating.We ordered a sausage sandwich, a brisket sandwich, almost 2 pounds of beef ribs, and mac & cheese. I'll start with my favorite: the brisket sandwich. This sandwich comes with mayonnaise and your choice of barbecue sauce. We chose the spicy barbecue sauce, which is very tasty but it does have a spicy kick! This sandwich was so tasty, the brisket was so tender and plentiful, and the bread was nice and fresh. The sausage sandwich was so good! This sandwich comes with Sriracha mayo and coleslaw. The sausage itself was so tasty, it has a nice crispy snap on the skin, and they slice it lengthwise a few times and then in half and put all the pieces into the bread. Now actually I'm not sure which sandwich I liked better...they were both excellent!The beef ribs looked so good on the grill that we changed our mind because we originally decided on baby back ribs.These beef ribs are huge! But, when we got home we noticed that they needed a little more time over the fire. I think these would've been a little better if they had more of a barbecue crust on the outside by letting them cook a little longer. They did have a pink smoke ring around the edge but no barbecue "char" at all.The macaroni and cheese was just a meh for me. The noodles seemed overcooked as they were very big and sort of flattened out and the cheese sauce barely tasted of cheese. Our total order came to $38. Overall we really liked this place and we will be back again. We are going to stick to the sandwiches and maybe next time try some chicken.
