This Wendy's at 6181 Sepulveda Boulevard seems to be unorganized and understaffed.I was waiting for my food and it seemed like a long time for my food. They seemed to have forgotten about my order until I showed them my receipt. I eventually got my food. The Dave's Double and fries I got were good. Also, I like being allowed to refill my Wendy's drink cup as many times as I want.Another thing is the bathroom smells bad. Wendy's needs to fix that.

Food was dry always a horrible experience at Wendy’s my favorite location is on Venice that will stay my favorite and only location that I will go to until they mess up so far they are best one with service and food quality this location was trying to rush me off and they already put my money in their register in the drive through I’m like no one need to make sure everything is here no onions on the burger like I asked a bunch in the wrap I guess they want me to take off the wrap and put on sandwich? I don’t crave Wendy’s when I do I’ll only go to the one on Venice if I see anyone at this location there I won’t go all together

I live close to this Wendy’s and can honestly say the workers provide the slowest and worst service I’ve ever seen at any Wendy’s location. It’s multiple times now where there have only been 3 cars and I’ve waited 15 minuets. I don’t know what’s going on at this location but don’t expect fast service at this fast food restaurant.I like jimmy though.
Will never patronize another Wendy’s ever again. This location has a lot of angry employees running it and I donot trust what they’re doing to the food in individual orders. It was 10:30 p.m. two nights ago and a line of cars was made to wait 25 minutes while another car was forced to wait at the ordering station. When I finally got my order, it was not only missing an item, the frosty was completely runny and WARM, something I noticed only when I got it home. It also had sediment on the bottom of it. I am never impatient or nasty when ordering fast food and was very nice to them but I still got this completely messed up order with a warm, runny frosty. I didn’t eat the frosty even after freezing it because it looked as if something had been done to it and now I wish I hadn’t consumed any of what I paid for. Trying to reach anyone by phone at the store is impossible because they pick up them hang up or just let or ring. This place is shady and I’d advise anyone to not eat here or at any Wendy’s.

I love Wendy's they have the Most affordable meal deals currently that will actually get you full :) I love the sugar cookie for 1$ as well . This location is always fast .

This location has the best Wendy's chili I've ever tasted. They're very generous with the chili and beans. They were generous with the cheese and sour cream also. The location is clean.Kid-friendliness: It's a family friendly restaurant.
