Wanted a really good Italian sandwich and found this little place that I passed on Lincoln 10thousand times before. It's adorable inside and has a small cute patio too. Employees were very friendly. Seems like a real local spot. Food was homemade right in front of me and delicious. Pastries and all sorts of yummy drinks too.

Surprisingly good breakfast burrito. Fresh ingredients and they grill the tortilla Only thing I would change is making it a lil bigger but it's a lil cheaper than most other breakfast burritos so I won't complain. Everyone else's food looked good, too. Will come back for sure.

I have been thinking about this place for awhile I enjoy the bar across the street but never quite had the opportunity to stop in today! I was pleasantly surprised to see that I was not the only one stopping in on a raining Sunday morning around 11am. The place was filled at this point! There were families, couples and more just taking in some good food and drinks on a Sunday morning! The restaurant offers both food and drinks! The restaurant menu contains items for both breakfast and lunch! Quite an extensive menu! From hamburgers to Vietnamese sandwiches! Plus they have a wide array of refreshments from teas, coffee, beer and wine! On weekends there is an all you can drink mimosa special for 15 dollars! I opted for a bank mai sandwich! I got the veg version teeming with flavors: lemongrass, cilantro, and more! Very fresh ingredients! The bread also had really great crunch! The key to a good one is the perfect bread and fresh ingredients! The sandwich was really yummy! The restaurant itself is very cute! Tiny but well decorated! I work right next to here and go all the time I've never had a bad meal from here it's incredible every time No matter what I order the steak and chimichurri is the best thing ever.

Such a cute small shop to pick up a quick bite to eat! They have minimal seating inside & some seating outside. The inside is so cute! That staff were very kind & it was not too busy around 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. Now for the food: Al Pastor Breakfast Burrito 9/10: great flavor! Not the Mexican Al pastor, but it was satisfying & very tasty! Vegan spicy Banh mi 9/10: again great flavor! The pickled veggies were so good & the mushrooms were exquisite! I love my mushrooms & this nailed it Overall, great spot for a bite to eat & for some coffee

Talk about your happy medium! Venice is full of the fancy and the pretentious and the chains and divey street vendors but here is an unassuming place where you can get a good beer tasty glass of wine and some fine food for some of the best prices anywhere west of the 405. Actually decent alfresco seating on the north side on a neighborhood side street off of Lincoln. Get a sandwich and a fry and have a beer and don't put a hole in your pocket. Order at the counter and they bring it out. Casual fast friendly and good unassuming food. Love this place
