Probably the best pizza I have ever had!The salad was perfect too. I ordered the Venice way special supreme pizza and the chicken Caesar salad. Keith did his thing and it was delicious. Amazing job!Keith is the man!

To be extremely real: Anyone who has ever been in the vicinity of New York City would make better pizza, which is a rude thing to say, but this place wants to be a dollar slice New York spot but costs 5x as much and makes trash pizza. Really sorry because Venice deserves better but it's just a brutally bad slice. The vibe is like: foreign investment decided to make a pizza place, which was nominally a smart idea because Windward easily deserves a drunk pizza spot. But I've had dozens of drunk pizza slices and have never had anything this bad. Just extremely terrible pizza that gets away with it because the rent is expensive or whatever.

At first, I was really excited that their pizzas are thick, deep dish styled. However, after we ordered slices of the supreme and pepperoni, we found that our pizzas were lukewarm and the centers of the dough were partially uncooked, even though part of the edges were slightly burnt. I do like that they included drinks, and the cashier was cool. The atmosphere is okay, and it's somewhat pricey but that's also expected, considering its location near Venice beach. Side note: their napkins were high quality though. Overall, the pizzas were pretty disappointing.Parking: There's nearby paid parking lots and paid street parking but it's hard to find.

YOU SUCK!!!!! Tonight u changed my cheese pizza order to a veggie pizza because you had NO cheese.... 2 weeks ago you were out of dough. I live here so i can get GOOD pizza without the bullshit!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. definitely will be disputing the charge. you all suck at pizza!

The service was great. But the pizza was inedible. Too much salty cheese, a minuscule amount of sauce, and the dough was almost raw. Very disappointing.

We only had one night in LA before leaving on an international trip and were determined not to spend it in traffic. So, we picked this hotel. Location couldn’t have been better! We walked the Venice boardwalk, walked all the way to Santa Monica, enjoyed an incredible dinner like a block over at a place called Ospi (seriously, go there). And, the Comedy Store in Hollywood was a manageable Uber ride. Since we were there one night we didn’t have much time to enjoy the hotel itself. The room felt a bit like an updated old motel (fine, I like those!) but I expected a little more polish for the price point. Ultimately, we were happy to pay for the absolutely perfect location. I would stay again and try to spend more time enjoying the property - maybe it leaves more of an impression with time. Good stay, great location.

We were upgraded to a suite as the first room had some mechanical noise (on the quiet side but near the laundry facility), which had the partial ocean view. Super comfy bed, immaculately clean, the friendliest staff (thank you Brianna, Shane and Miguel), great valet service, and a quiet night despite being near the bars. I wish the restaurant stayed open later, but The Great White across the street has a great farm to table fare. We rented the hotel bikes and rode over to the Santa Monica pier. We will return!
Went to the Hotel Erwin rooftop on 3/25 for a birthday party and left my $150 jacket at the table. I called right after I realized I left it and described it to the woman I spoke to. She said she had it in her possession, they would hold it, and I could come pick it up. She then hung up immediately before I could get another word in. I came back the next day and the staff had no idea where it was. I believe the woman I spoke to, or one of the staff working that day just took it home with them and stole it. I just don't understand how nobody had any idea about it when I showed up. The manager just said sorry and sent me on my way. I want action to be taken. I thought this was a fancy hotel/bar and they would have steps in place to see who was working that day, or a some safe room to store lost items. The jacket can't be replaced and it's so frustrating when I took the proper steps to make sure it wasn't lost. Won't be going back here ever again and I recommend you don't either. I was there on 3/25, and today is only 3/26.

The hotel Erwin has friendly staff, clean and comfortably rooms, and the perfect location. This modern hotel is well appointed with high quality soaps and shampoo in the shower in refillable containers in an effort to reduce their plastic footprint. The bed was comfortable with awesome bedding and plenty of pillows! The room had a fridge, coffee maker, and room safe. Fun robes in the walk in closet and a lovely balcony to take in the fresh air. The hotel is located so close to the beach it is fantastic. There are restaurants nearby and they have benefits for hotel Erwin guests! This is my 2nd stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend to others. Special shout out to front desk person Miguel who was friendly and welcoming both on the phone and in person!

Hotel Erwin is absolutely incredible. The staff go above and beyond and are so helpful and accomodating. The hotel is instantly inviting with friendly doorman welcoming you in to the helpful receptionists who make checking in so hassle free. After originally coming to stay for a few nights, I decided to extend my stay with the hotel. In response, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay the best it could be, upgrading my room and making sure I was completely taken care of. I have never experienced such quality and generous service from a hotel! Not only this - the rooms are also exceptionally clean and the bed incredibly comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal - right next to the best cafes and bars and seconds away from the beach. The rooftop boasts an incredible bar area that is perfect for a sunset cocktail with incredible views of Venice and Santa Monica. All in all, an incredible place to stay when in Venice. Thankyou again, Hotel Erwin!

I can't recommend Hotel Erwin enough. It's the best hotel I have stayed in. The location is perfect if you want to see Venice beach and Santa Monica and the staff are AMAZING.Big shout out to Miguel.

The hotel has a great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Miguel at reception was very helpful, customer oriented and profesional. I highly recommend it. I also recommend the breakfast? The service in the restaurant was quite good.
