There are two wetzel pretzel in the Ventura mall and the one by the food court definitely is selling old food. I tried to talk to the vendor but he said there’s nothing he can do about it as I explained to him that my toddler can’t barely bite the food because it’s hard. He says there’s nothing he can do.

I purchased the pizza bitz today and after eating two, I picked up the next one and was shocked to see it was bitten into, and not by me. I turned back to the store to show the employees. The cashier who helped me apologized and went to speak with the manager who told her to replace the item. I did not want a replacement but a refund, however, since I had thrown my receipt away the manager Noemi refused a refund, or to even talk to me. She did not even bother to see the product I brought back. The employees asked her two times to come before she actually did. She said without the receipt no refund would be issued. I went to the trash can to dig out my receipt and give it to her and finally she issued the refund but not before telling me I was wrong and that no one in her store would do so. I found this very unprofessional and a poor delivery of customer service. I understand mistakes happen and we are all human but she was unwilling to work with me at all on a solution while telling my I was lying. Even if she believed I was lying, she should not have said that to me. This left a sour taste in my mouth in more ways than one.

I came here today and paid for my food and the cashier and manager refused to give me my food and asked me to pay again, when I showed them that my card had already been charged they still refused to give me my food or refund me. they were so rude and unprofessional and i will never be coming back again

Wow I didn't know I needed to watch over them as I as served. I don't mind a couple of burnt ends but really. I got cheese sauce for one order of bites but mon for 2nd order. I was never asked if I wanted any sauce for them. I did mention on 1st order? But hot dog minis..greasy cold and burnt! They don't offer if you want anything very minimum service but then you're asked for a tip? Hire new employees if they don't want to give customers their due service.
Came in yesterday to grab some of our favorite cinnamon bits. Usually me and kids each get a bag and they are gone by the time we leave the mall. Not this time! They were doused with so much butter that the bag fell apart. Horribly hard and dry even with the amount of butter on them. Both bags were still uneaten and sitting on the table this morning. A rarity in my house cause everyone usually devours Wetzel's when we get it. Super disappointed!

First of all your employees leave the area unattended when we first arrived we asked her what time do u open u said 11 am we said thank u. We came back at 11 am and no one here. So after 15 min I called the store number no answer. Then another 10 min I called again a guy speaking Spanish answered he didn't understand me the a girl got on did not tell me when she will be back. So it is now 1135 still here waiting and still no one here. I think a manager should be here to watch over your employees. Still waiting

They gave my son OLD HARD cheesy dog bites . Comically old . I am shocked . Just right now . This mall is so deserted and you can tell they could not care less . Gnarly !
