Baskin Robbins has been here as long as I can remember. It was a fun place to come to with friends. It seems as if one scoop is expensive now. You're better off making your own cone at home.

I came here to purchase a white ice cream cake. So I chose a cake labeled white cake with oreo ice cream. This cake was for my co-workers birthday and when we cut into the cake, cake was chocolate, the ice cream was correct. Since I cut into the cake already, of course I can't get a refund. Staff wasn't really helpful. I really hate posting bad reviews, but how is this my fault? I cut into a cake that I thought was what it was labeled, a white cake. Please help me.

Sent my daughter in to get a “fancy waffle cone“ Rocky Road one scoop ice cream came back out distressed when I asked her what’s wrong she told me that one of the girl employees had taken her order and said was that enough for a big girl like her this is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous coming from a place where my children have gone for years

I am extremely disappointed. We moved chairs to sit together and one girl told us they were closing and to move off the patio. The other girl came up and told us "thanks for moving the chairs back" and whispered "dumbasses" under her breath. We were shocked and appaled to be frank. She had a short ponytail with ginger hair and freckles. Was rude and very contradictory to her friend who told us to move off the patio immediately but gracefully. Never coming back here again. Instead go anywhere else. Regret giving the 15% tip.

I was just in your store. It's a Friday night. You have one girl working....and that poor kid is slammed. I felt so bad for her, I just left. I didn't want her to have to work harder than she already was.Shame on you!!!Get that kid some help! Give her a pay raise! God only knows you're not paying her enough!

One thing I enjoy is that they close until 10pm so you can enjoy a late night snack. I had the cookie monster and rocky road! I loved both flavors! Staff was friendly but I will say this location can be cleaner.

Got there 30 mins before close time and apparently they don't serve shakes past 9:30 (got there at 9:35). One girl was gonna do it and the other one told her not too, called the location on Victoria, that's not even a thing??? SMH

Story time Wednesday/ Ordered a cake and personalized it with 'name + congrats' over the Friday/ I go to pickup the cake right before the celebratory dinner Girl brings it next to the register and rings me up. I look at the cake to see there's no personalization. Not one letter.Surprised, I ask the girl - why? Girl: there's no room Me: why wouldn't the girl on the phone tell me that or call me to let me know? Girl: I don't knowMe: can you just write 'congrats' on one of sides of the cake? Girl: No.Me: Oh no. Well do you have anything that I can stick in the make to make it more celebratory or convey a message? Girl: No.I left just thinking what horrible customer service. I had the idea of going by 99 cents store and bought a card + toothpicks + tape and made my own.

Very rude and happy to turn down my 20 dollar order because I only had a 50 dollar bill. BIG attitude..no costumer service at all..

Ordered through grub hub tonight. Firstly I couldn't order a two scoops of nutty coconut because it's not an option on the second scoop. Come to find out many of their flavors are not an option for the second scoop. So I ordered two single scoops which ends up being way more expensive but what ever my bf loves that flavor so that's what I did. Then I order me a banana royal. The grub hub driver texts me to let me know they didn't have bananas and they canceled my order. So I call the location immediately and I get the Valley girl accent of attitude. You know the one. I ask is there something else that could be done even sending it without bananas would have been preferable. She says they sent it already. "So I ask why didn't you call me first?" She says grub hub is complicated and they are busy. I say being busy is not an excuse to which I she responds with "sorry we are busy have a nice night" in that "I hate my job" tone. SMH Honestly the last two times I have ordered have been a hassle with orders being wrong but bad attitude is just not worth my time or money. Guess I will be going elsewhere.

Peppermint, recess peanut butter cup, Oreo n cold brew yummy alisa was great. The Oreo cold n brew tried it for the first. Actually really good

Not only was she rude to my son 20 minutes before I walked in no one else is in the store and she told me she could not help me and I needed to wait a girl with reddish color bleached blonde red color hair super rude were service I’ve had in my life. Will never go there again
