The dining area is decently sized with an outdoor patio as well. However, during my visit, the staff seemed disinterested and reluctant to clean tables, despite the lack of customers. This lackluster attitude dampened the experience. Moreover, the prices have risen, with a double-rising crust pizza costing nearly $20. While the concept is appealing, the poor service, cleanliness, and increasing costs make it unlikely for me to return frequently.

worst gluten-free pizza ever. It is basically just mush. They didn't even cut the pizza. It had to be ripped apart. I am visiting and in a hotel, so I had no utensils to cut a pizza. Worst experience ever from a pizza company.

The pizza at Blaze Sunday evening was delicious as always, and the girl who made the pizza was super sweet and hard working. I was very surprised when the manager was extremely rude to the girl who helped me in front of a whole line full of customers! I asked him his name, and he said Eligh. I was appalled to see how badly a good employee was treated, and it made me not want to come back.

The food and staff are so awesome here!!! Clean environment!! Had such a good time that I went to tip the staff, but was told they can not accept tips?! Simply ridiculous!!! This staff deserves to be tipped! It's my money, my choice! They earned my money and then some! A message to the owner, LET PEOPLE TIP YOUR FRICKING STAFF!!!! Downright diabolical to not allow them to be tipped! Never in my years have I heard of a place where the owners won't let their staff receive tips!!!
Went here for a school fundraiser, and was impressed with how careful they were about making my pizza gluten free. I enjoyed my pizza. I was surprised with how busy it was at how quickly I received my pizza. The staff was very friendly as well. I would recommend it.

After the business owner replied and lied I wasn't fully refunded, I actually got 10$ credit for a 30$ order! What a joke. Not to mention after someone else went to pick up our cold pizza, it was still made wrong! Missing multiple items added des in the list. Once someone tells you that's just how it is I was on break you might slip out "thats f**d up too. I see where the staff get it from

First time here and May or may not return to this location. I wanted to get some pizza since I had a reward to use before it expires so I went in. First location where the bar for the items is so far that you can't even see what they have so if you're short you can't see and with one of the employees being so rude and in a way rushing. It wasn't pleasant. Blaze is my favorite pizza in general but I don't always have it so when I crave pizza, this is my place to go but definitely not this location. Anyways the way they were handing the pizza wasn't pleasant and it was careless. That same girl screwed up the pizza and she wasn't handling it properly. I'm not sure if you don't like working here so don't worry or provide proper customer service. I won't return here and will go to Oxnard since I had better experience there.
