Dropped off my espresso machine for repair after talking with Tyler on the phone. He was super knowledgable and helpful in diagnosing the issue. Not only did they diagnose the problem within 48 hours, they also repaired the machine in no time and gave me plenty of good advice on maintaining my machine properly. I picked up the machine from Foster who was also extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend these guys & will definitely be back!

This is a coffee "roasting company" that ONLY sells coffee beans or ground coffee by the pound. The people are very nice though and get a lot foot traffic looking for a cup of coffee. Coffee is awesome!

I was pleasantly surprised today when I got a call from Will at Centri that one of the coffees in my subscription wasn't available. Instead of just nixing my order or sending an email, he called and asked if there were other coffees I wanted to try. We talked and he recommended two others. I look forward to enjoying them. I had to leave this review because of Centri's great customer service. What a great personal touch.

I love ordering freshly roasted beans from Centri!! I order a few times a month and they make it really easy to order online by offering both free local pickup or delivery options. The owners are super down to earth and helpful! My favorite bean to brew is the Organic One Black Espresso and, more recently, I've tried the West Coast (medium roast) and really enjoyed sprinkling it in with the One Black. Highly recommend Centri, the care and love they put into roasting their beans is very apparent!

This is one of the best coffee shops in the city. Desserts and coffees are a bit pricey for me but well worth the money. The interior decorations are good and the ambiance was also nice for it is surrounded by green plants. It would be nice to pay a visit during the daytime for you to have good scenery right across the coffee. Highly recommended!

Centri Coffee is a very cute coffee place. They don't let you bring in outside food. So they wouldn't let me eat my Mr Holmes treats. But there coffee is good but pretty over priced. The customer service is okay. Over all it's a nice place if you want some special coffee and good lighting. They also don't like it when people bring in the computers to study.

I bought two bags of beans - Brazil and Ethiopia - at the Ojai Farmers' Market. So impressed. I've tried many local roasters' beans and these are the best I've tried (with the Ethiopia far and away in first place, and the Brazil still above everything not from Centri). AND their prices are significantly lower than local alternatives. I'm fully converted, and I'm excited to have more every morning. Great job.

Coffee roaster, not a cafe to get a cup of coffee. Centri One Black is our very favorite espresso roast that we have found anywhere. We live in a nearby town, but didn't want to wait for shipping this time and wanted to get the freshest beans possible. They typically don't take walk ins without an order, but they were able to accommodate me unannounced. Very nice people.
