I always enjoy the food at Chipotle, but the service is weak. No one greeted me ,or acted pleasant. These days most places train their employees to be overly friendly, so that was surprising. I've been there when there are no utensils, but staff is standing around talking. I've never seen anyone that appears to be a manager/owner. If there is one, they should be out front inspecting facilities, interacting with customers, and pitching in when needed. I'm sure Chipotle has standards, training, and job descriptions, which should be followed. Not sure if these are franchises, but I don't blame the employees, I look to management. Try watching Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares.Parking: People are in and out so easy parking

This is the worst Chipotle in the county. I have been to almost all of them and it's the worst. Not only is it more expensive, the service is terrible. They didn't listen to how I wanted my to go bowl made and not even 1 smile! No one greeted me. I feel like I was a nuisance or burden. I will never go back!

It’s typical of chipotle. This Store always seems to be a little bit busy to actually help you, but just slow enough to screw your order up, but I don’t know maybe I just go with the wrong time but it always seems like they’re just too busy to help you. I could be wrong, so choose for yourself.

First time trying Chipotle and won’t go back! Dirty, small portions, out of guacamole in California! Terrible!
I wish I could leave 0 stars. The customer service was horrible from start to finish. When I asked for a burrito, the man literally huffed and rolled his eyes as he put the tortilla in the warmer. The next girl didn't really bother rolling my burrito or listening to my order which caused me to repeat myself at least 5 times. I asked for guacamole on the side. Got to the cashier and she charged me and handed me my food. I look in the bag and tell her there's no guacamole. She tells me it will be extra (which I knew, I assumed I had been charged for it already). The lady who half wrapped my burrito rolled her eyes as she had to stop someone else's order to make the guacamole and slid it across the table without saying sorry or even acknowledging me. I attempted to eat my burrito in the car but as you can see it's drenched in water from her not even trying to drain the corn I got in my burrito. I tried to pick it up and it instantly fell apart due to the half ass wrapping.Avoid chipotle at all costs. I honestly wish I never spent my money here. What a waste.

Food is fine but not worth an attitude. Girl with glasses tonight doing the second half of putting together the food had terrible service. Not greeted, she never looked up, never asked what I wanted which the point of the job. Not hard. She even put something on I didn't ask for and then gave me attitude about it as if it were my fault!

I had not visited the place in a long time, I went in today to get something really quick. The two girls that were helping today (Celeste and I did not get the other ones name) were amazing and really helped out, had lots of patience. Their vibe was awesome would definitely go again.
The girl working the register is terrible. Had a really bad attitude from the get go, definitely not coming back to this chipotle. Maybe try hiring people who actually enjoy their job.

Love chipotle hate this store. I hate leaving reviews but after years of just not maintaining stock properly and having to wait extra ling for things to be made and having to deal with bad attitudes I had to do it. Sorry y'all but y'all need better management. Not even blaming the staff on this one. Doors open no chicken made, no cheese ready, asked for double chx and it was light and she was offended and argued back with me as if its her personal chicken and I dont come to chipotle every day. I wish there was a closer one to me I could go to but sadly theres not. Still love chipotle overall but the hell with this one
