Our family has been visiting Cronies in Ventura since it was built when I was a kid. My mom has memories of us 'bringing our own chairs' because they had just opened :)Cronies is a great sports bar for friends, families, and kids of all ages. Burgers, sammies, beer, salads, and now a full bar - it's a friendly place to get your grub on. Our favorites are their burgers, wings, crispy chicken sandwich, and the THIRSTY TURKEY sandwich is by far my fave. They have great curly fries too!See you at Cronies!
Food was great ! Atmosphere was beautiful , with a heat lamp, we celebrated with 10 friends and children . celebrating family’s birthday !! Things are just ok , service isn’t too good , worst part was getting there early , watching people arrive , waiter taking everyone else order but ours , then me flagging down the waitress begging her to take our order ! 1. 1/2 hour later we get our food !!! Not a way to have a good night , they need to work on there communication! Thank you for the birthday schooner !!
I'm Very sad about how we were treated yesterday at cronies , we have been coming for many years and never been treated in this manner , I see they have new staff , a lot of new young rude waitresses , well first of all the Food was great ! Atmosphere was beautiful , with a heat lamp, we celebrated with 10 friends and children . celebrating family's birthday !! Things are just ok , service isn't too good , worst part was getting there early , watching people arrive , and get waited on before us , waitress brining all other tables there drinks and still no one has even spoke to us , so then I took it upon myself to flag down the waitress begging her to take our order ! 1 1/2 hour later we get our food !!! Not a way to have a good night . No one came to check up on us , our orders were wrong & late . I asked the waitress for a Hugh five she snarled at me then finally agreed . they need to work on their communication! And work on there manners , is there new management?! Well Thank you for the birthday schooner !! But we won't be back anytime soon .

I've been going to Cronies for YEARS, and never have I experienced such disgraceful service. We were a party of 10 for a birthday. Our server took our drink order and, we, never saw her again. We asked a 2nd waitress to look for our server so we can order our food, but she took our order instead. Another large party came in, and a couple sat outside with us. After the other tables arrived, I noticed they all received their drink, appetizers, and their main meals. We have not even received all of our drinks yet. We all kept calm and cool, but the young rude waitresses made sure NOT to look our way to help. After we complained, we still didn't get our food for another 40 minutes. FOR WINGS, FRIES AND BEER!!!!!! This is NOT how they should be treating LOYAL LOCAL CUSTOMERS... Some local spots really have become trash establishments!!! I wouldn't even waste 1 star on this dump! No wonder nobody wants to tip or go out anymore.

Went to this spot for a friend's birthday and had a great time! I love sports and this sports bar will make you feel very comfortable! It got a local home town feel and it's lovely! Parking is easy and many TVs to view different games and sports! We had a party of about eight and the service was excellent! I would recommend.
New manager is a jerk. Shuts down food service 45 minutes before they close. Beer is cold but that's about it and beer is very expensive.

I've been coming here for over 20 years but the same waitresses have been working there to long and are very bitter and like to gang up on customers and talk shit for the bad service they give. This bitch had the nerve to tell me she's usually nice to us but today is different because we complained.

Good food. However, seemed like we got the end of the bag of curly fries as it was like eating bits of fries. Good rib eye sandwich except the part where it was sliced rib eye and not chunks. Had the Chili cheeseburger with a turkey patty substituted & onion rings. The burger was great and the rings good. Ordered a raspberry tea no ice and seems like I received extra. Ordered an appetizer of mozzarella sticks and they were your normal ones but the surprise was the warm marinara which was really good. I'll have to ask for that from other places as it tasted very good. The waitress was good but seemed a bit overwhelmed by the number of customers but she was super friendly. In her defense it was a Friday night. Always recommend Chronies to those looking for a decent affordable meal and nice atmosphere.
