Food is always amazing, feel like I can eat every meal there.Reason I took off a star is because some time ago, I found a hair in my sandwich. They compensate me fairly, but was still a really unpleasant experience.Regardless, I still go to this particular restaurant frequently
This is the first time in years that I ate a sub from Firehouse subs and after finishing I want more.I just have one word to describe the experience....perfect!!!We order take out, and after arriving at my place, the sub was still warm and the bread did not get saggy.In general, the sub was excellent and I can't wait to go again and try a different one.

Outdoor patio at the Ventura location is v nice. Sandwiches are good. Good flavor & real. There's no water application onto your sammy like Subway does. Why does Subway do that?In 2015, I ate a Firehouse sub in Provo, UT. The sammy was much larger than it is now. Now in 2024, it's not as wide as it was then.Firehouse has good quality ingredients.

This is the best toasted subs in Ventura county!! I like to have my sandwiches very toasty and subway doesn't quit get there. Plus the meat is much better at firehouse! The only downfall is that the app went down for a long time and you would think a billion dollar company should be able to fix it much quicker. But maybe they haven't embraced the technology as much as other restaurants...Since this last post, they fixed the app and also raised prices and the amount of points you need to redeem rewards!
I have become a frequent Firehouse costumer. I love their fast and effective online ordering. The subs are sooo good. I love getting my birthday freebie sub every year.

I had an Italian sub on my last visit. Genoa salami, pepperoni, honey ham, melted provolone, Italian dressing... good stuff. Staff was friendly and the place was clean and bright. Prices aren't bad for what you get.

The $8.49 deal is now $9.29. It's less of a good deal and more of an effective 10% discount. Went on a Sunday and was planning to get the Italian sub for the discount- but since the discount isn't really much of a discount anymore I opted to get a Cajun chicken sub which I like better and was about $11 out the door. Service was good today, staff was polite and got my order correct. Restaurant is very clean as always.
