On our way to Mexico we stopped by Hobson grill and we got the all meat calzone and fries.. the fries were tasty, they use the orange salt...and Pine Forest Princess said the Ranch was Bussin!!
We stopped on an e-bike ride. The hamburger was pretty good. I hear the pizzas are even better.

Had a breakfast burrito super basic, would recommend going to Faria down the road. Pancakes were alright but overpriced for what they are. Prices are way different than on website. Tried to go for pizza for dinner but they closed over an hour earlier than they had hand written/scribbled on their sign. So can't tell you how they are but can tell you if you plan to have dinner there for your stay, don't bet on them being open.

Must stop be here on your next visit. Breakfast Burrito is awesome, even vegan style. Pizza and burgers are a hit as well. Closed Thursday, so plan accordingly. Great place to grab a bite to eat after a surf session. Day time parking available. Patio seating as well. Enjoy!!

Beachy old school snack shack vibes. We decided to get breakfast before leaving. We ordered the pancakes, and 2 egg plate (with an extra egg). They were out of hash browns so they gave us fries. Everything was good. The pancakes were the star of the show! Very cakey and strong hint of vanilla. Filling and good portion size for the money. Enjoyed eating on their patio. Home cooked style breakfast that hit the spot. Their pizza looked really good and if in the area again would definitely try that.
I will post this silly little sigjn they had in their window to save you the 35 minute walk from mid Rincon pkwy. It would be too helpful to post the closure online or put a closed sign at top of campground. Brilliant move. It was also inconvenient in late June when you had your sign out by the campground advertising your shack, so we walked down to it and you were closed again. At some point, your sketchy inconsistent hours will catch up with you. I know it's a beach shack, but maybe show some respect to people who want to guve you their money.

Surprisingly good! Driving down the 101 from SLO to LA, my daughter reminded me that it was way past lunchtime. This was the next stop that showed up in our search so we stopped. Didn't have high hopes when I saw that it was the concession stand at a beach RV park, but food was delicious! I think the dough for my daughter's pizza was hand-stretched; I saw a ball of pizza dough sitting on the counter. She enjoyed it and asked me to pack up her leftovers, which she did eat later (she is not someone to finish leftovers normally). And my veggie burger was so tasty, with a soft bun and fresh toppings. There were only two people behind the counter cooking everything made to order so we waited a while for our food, but it was nice to take in the salt air and watch the waves wash in. There were lots of picnic tables available, a public bathroom, and a filtered water dispenser to fill your bottles.
