Normally, the food and service are excellent at I Love Sushi. However, this time, the food took so long! We were there (with a 3 yr old) for almost 3 hours. The food was excellent as always, but the slow service made the general experience subpar. We will return, and hopefully, that doesn't happen again.

I absolutely do not know why this place has such a high rating. We came here to celebrate and it was packed! The waitress was very nice but clearly overworked with the amount of tables. The prices were really and the specials seemed really great. However, when we ordered, we got the wrong order twice. They forgot to give us any wasabi or ginger. It took forever for any of the drinks to come out. Thw sake wasn't even hot. Lastly, we ordered a dessert, and when it was time for it to come out, the server said they had run out and gave us something else instead. Maybe it's better on a less crowded night and the food that we did get was good (def not as good as what others are saying). We'd rather go to a much better place.

It's a fun spot to dine in and there are an overwhelming amount of roll options. The sushi itself isn't the best we've tried and the service was really lacking as they don't come check on you or ask how things are very often.

The sushi was good, however the service was amongst the worse I have ever encountered. We were a party of 7, which automatically as per their sign entitles them to 18% tip. For this reason, our waitress made the minimum effort for every single request, and it took her 2 hours to serve our sushi rolls (we got there at 6:45pm and left at 9:30 by the time we got the check). We told them we felt like it was terrible service and that just because of the automatic 18%, we should have received at least decent service. No apology, no we’ll do better.. just a good night and bye. I could never recommend this place to anyone, even if their sushi is good.

This is a small restaurant that does not have customer service at all! We went by request of my youngest daughter for her birthday dinner. We got there and put our name on the list, 5 of us. Waited patiently until they kept seating parties of 2 and 4 that came after us before us. No apologies , no reason just oh hey here sit here. They ruined my daughter's birthday and we went down the road to Kibo sushi same sushi better customer service. Save your time and money.

All of the food I've tried here is good, but I don't remember it being standout: sushi, rolls, bento boxes, and other things. The prices are average and the inside of the restaurant is standard American sushi style restaurant.
Good food and excellent service. Fresh tuna. Cant complain. Was surprised with our bill not bad at all. Will visit again for sure.

Halibut carpaccio was amazing!!! Spicy albacore had crazy flavor but I could still taste the fish and the service was top notch, especially considering that they had a full house. Would go there again.
