Business is closed and gone from this location. Too bad. I liked it when it was here.

Hey folks, this location is closed as of October 25. The sign on the door says visit the Jamba Juice on Verdugo in Camarillo so I guess that means no more Jamba Juice in Ventura.

I understand that things are bad in this day and age but to be treated rudely because of my name is uncalled for. I loved coming here but after dealing with the rude cashier and barista that served me my beverages I don't want to. Do better!

Remember the early 2000s when juice bars were all the rage! Jamba has all the standards that you remember but they have added açaí bowls which is a nice addition. Standard juice bar stuff.

I stopped in this location a few times this week and had a great experience and will definitely be back! The employees were friendly and made our smoothies really well. I love that they have plant based options. It is always so refreshing when service is good and people are friendly and helpful at big chain establishments!

Best quality drinks I've ever seen a location make. I would go 30 minutes out of my way, just to keep getting the razzmatazz from this store.Plus, their waffles are amazing.

I've been here a handful of times and always had a good experience. I was really pleased last year when they added their plant-based options with oat milk. They also recently have added some breakfast items including vegan options as well. I think my favorite smoothie is the greens and ginger. All of the yummy greens with that little bit of kick from the ginger. On my most recent visit the woman that worked there was so friendly. I didn't love how my smoothie came out, I tried a new one & it was just a little too sweet for my taste. And she could tell and she totally made me another one and was so friendly and cool about it. I was just going to drink the smoothie I had ordered but she was so in tune and totally on top of it! I really appreciated that. Also, they have a wide variety of smoothie options on their menu so no matter what your taste buds you definitely will have a number of things to choose from.

Worst Jamba experience ever. Bought an acai bowl & 2 shots: ginger & tumeric. I asked the nice cashier for a cup of ice to go so I could pour my shots in them. He was so sweet-I gave $5 tip-feeling the Disney happiness. That's where it all ended. Once we got our order, the girl did not give me my to-go cup of ice. I asked for it & she was clearly already annoyed at me. I got my ice, then asked if I could have a lid and straw so I could put my "shots" in them. She said, "we don't give lids for free water" I explained that this was not for free water, it was for the shots I just bought here. She was still adamant and said "no lids for free water" I told her I'll pay for it. I told her I just gave this store a 50% tip and I can't even get a lid, especially during "Covid" times etc. she was definitely fluffing her rooster feathers to me and now clearly annoyed-said no. I asked for a straw at least-NOPE. So I head towards the registers where she met me and before I could even ask for a manager, she def let me know she was the manager. Caught her name: HANNAH on her name tag. I had enough. Obviously she doesn't know how to lead and chooses to use her "power" as a manager. Give me a break little girl-grow up and get some leadership skills. Jamba Juice-train your leaders better. This was the worst experience ever. I offered to pay for the stupid lid & paper straw and she wouldn't even let me do that. I almost even paid for another smoothie so I could get a cup with a lid and straw but my husband shooed me out of there. I wanted to go ghetto superstar on her but that's not what I want to go down here in Disney in front of my daughter and others etc. I made a formal complaint and thank you to Starbucks next door who actually poured my drink into a new cup with a lid & straw...for FREE!!! Hannah needs to learn to do what's right and abuse her power.
