My boyfriend and I ordered two burritos from here when was for my son once he was out of school and done with the soccer practice. So by the time we ordered them from the time that we realize that we found hair inside of our burrito which of course happened sometimes and we're totally understanding of that. But when we called and I mention to them that I wasn't able to make it they're that night to get a refund like they offered in the first ways which was super kind of them I said to them is there anyway that I can just stop by tomorrow I still have the burrito to show them for proof. I was told we don't usually give refunds a day after but once we give you your refund it's probably blessed that you don't come here any longer. I too I'm a manager myself and when I asked to speak to the manager he said unfortunately I am the manager tonight but then minutes later mentioned that he had a boss that was there I said OK well can I please speak to your boss and the boss as well told me that they were super busy that night and he didn't have time to converse eight other than just offering back the money or a burrito. He ended up hanging up on me After a conversation of how I thought it was super rude that I was a customer who found something wrong with the food that they ordered and I wasn't denying the refund or the burrito I was just super upset at the fact that the manager mentioned to me when I pick up the refund the day after not to come back it was probably best. I would never post to yelp that wasn't correct or try to put any type of restaurant down especially because I work in one myself. But the fact that that was their first option was to turn to maybe it's best you don't come back after your refund I was so shocked and honestly super pissed off I even started using cuss words at that point. because who talks to their customers that way, and who thinks it's OK to treat people some type away when they're just trying to be understanding and trying to mention to them that we don't even live in town we live out in Camarillo so is there a possibility for us to arrive the next day and they got upset about that. My boyfriend works downtown in Ventura and stops or at least once a twice a week not this means anything to them but we will no longer be ordering anything from the restaurant and I will definitely pass the word around and allow other people to understand why this is such a terrible place and the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. I wish them nothing but the worst.

I enjoy eating Lalos tacos, burritos, menudo, shrimp cocktails. Their food is the best. For the menudo you need to go early, it's sold out fast. It's one of the best menudo bowls I've tasted.

Super delicious food. We stopped by for lunch, and I had the best taco salads that I've ever had to date. The chips and salsa are on point. The bean dip was good, a little mild for my taste, but when mixed with the salsa that was one of the best things I've ever eaten.11 out of 10, 100% will go out of my way to eat here again!!!

This place is a hidden gem in Ventura. It is definitely worth finding, our recent visit was so enjoyable. Our server was so attentive, the entire restaurant was noticeably so clean and cared for. We love supporting local small businesses. We both loved our lunch and I need to remember that they serve breakfast all day.
