My son loves Little Caesars pizza, so we come pick up pizza here regularly! I'm not sure what's not to like! I don't get why there's so many negative reviews. Their classic pepperoni pizza is $6.99 with tax (2023). It's warm, taste good and makes an easy to pick up meal! Hector is helpful, polite and has excellent customer service skills. They seem to be short staffed a lot of the time and that doesn't change how great he is! Thank you for being so nice Hector! This location has not sitting available. But it seems clean!

This is directly to management I can't drink business hours doors are unlocked their customers I've been parking lot now 15 minutes and they're still customers inside but yet you cannot make me if the doors roping should be open for yes I do believe the customer should have some consideration not walk in the door at 7:59 ... this did not happen. I'm still here in the parking lot being the review the doors are still unlocked and they have one customer just now leaving the doors are ope with people's employment the last decade

Usually is good, soo my buttery parm crust didn't come on the order, and asked for it at the counter.... said he'll only do it this time yet in saying I'll pay ror it... and then come home to see the the dough raw... cmon now why is it worse this time then other time I'm a regular and this guy with the mustache and mask usually takes my order there and everytime he's there super nice and helpful.. and My order here is always the same and I get attitude because I wanna purchase what actually orderd. And then I get raw dough pizza really?

The pizza is always perfectly cooked and tasty. One time, there was an issue with my order, and the manager resolved it right away. I will continue to order from here as we love the food and service. They add plenty of cheese to the pizzas.

I'm from Chicago, and trust me, when it comes to pizza, I've had some of the best in the world. That being said, I think most of us understand that Little Caesars is an affordable compromise. So this isn't about the pizza at this location as much as it is about the apathy of the management. Every location I've ever gone to will always provide pepper packets, even plates, etc.. After attending this location sporadically for the last 7 years, every time I ask for one of these amenities the clerk will inform me that "corporate" doesn't provide those items to them. I find this hard to believe, given that every other location doesn't seem to have any problem obtaining them. So my word to the management is get off your butt, and give the customer at least what he / she gets at other locations.

I wish I could leave 0 stars because I WOULD. Had the WORST experience ever. My fiancé and I ALWAYS go to this store whenever we do get Little Caesars and we've always had a pretty good experience every time we've gone. This time was totally different. We went into the store and ordered, as usual, and they told us the eta would be 15-20 minutes or "more". So 20 minutes pass, we go in to see if our order is ready, and still not done. My fiancé waited a good 20 minutes AFTER already have waited 20 minutes prior. The cashier working, Charlie was very rude, and had a bad attitude towards my fiancé, they charged my fiancé full price for 2 sauces even though we had to wait over 45 minutes for our order. Mind you all we ordered was 2 pizzas and an order of crazy bread. Also our crazy bread was COLD when they handed it to us and didn't realize until we got in the car and had already left the store. Very very disappointed and will NEVER come back to this store.

The cashier girl needs to acknowledge customers and communicate. The girl had zero communication. So when I ordered something I was unsure whether she was taking my order. So I stayed here longer than I should’ve and then it got busy after being the first one there and 10 minutes later. At the end she just started helping other people when I was there first and my order was ready. Had she addressed my order before it got busy things would’ve been much better.

Probably the worst pizza I've had in a very long time. Overcooked, but not quite burnt, but there was so little sauce that the pizza was dry, dry, dry. There was a sufficient amount of cheese, but the pepperoni was pretty scanty. The worst problem was the dryness. I might just as well have eaten the box it came in. I doubt if it's worth giving them another chance.
