Cheese was so old you could lift it right off the crust ?. Pepperoni was burn't bad. No cheese in the stuffed cheese crust. And the cheese was burn't. Worst pizza I've ever bought anywhere. This is the 2nd time they gave me a burn't old pizza.

GINA GINA GINA!!! wow wow wow! I went to this location on 9/27/23, and they weren’t accepting cash at that time. And Gina, who was working then, went above and beyond!! I had to run to the atm to put my cash in the bank, and Gina was so nice and caring. She took my order down and started making it before I even went to the atm!! So my order would be ready to go by the time I came back and paid. And it was!!! Gina is a rockstar, and my only complaint is for the company itself. Let your employees take cash tips !!! Gina works so hard and excels at her job, so when I wasn’t able to tip her it made me feel sad. She deserves all the credit! Shout out to Gina !!

I have ordered from here many times; sometimes it's good; more often it's horrible. There is a high turnover of employees and as such, they are often poorly trained. At one point I corresponded with the regional manager and for a short time things got better. They advertise the 'Fanceroni' pizza as having about 100 slices of Pepperoni. The pizzas are cut into 8 pieces. That comes to 12.5 slices of pepperoni on each slice of pizza. The last one I ordered had less pepperoni on it than the basic pepperoni pizza. One slice had only 3 pieces of pepperoni. I sent a complaint to their FB page; they did respond and gave me a phone number to call, but in the end I just opted to never go to either location in Ventura ever again. But, I did that phone call song and dance once over the period of 3 or 4 separate orders. There were brief improvements, but then there would be new employees and it was right back to the same old disappointment..no, anger. I have to force myself to resolve to spend MORE for a pizza elsewhere, knowing I will get what I expect. The review hints at this site are hilarious: "DO Tell us stuff you'd tell your friends..." but then say "DON'T Use profanity, threats, or personal insults..." So, OK, I'll keep the review respectful and clean...but if I was sharing my true opinion of this pizza with my friends, it would be far more candid, uncensored and honest. I never thought employee performance could get this bad. Don't waste your time here...there are far better choices in Ventura. Spend the extra money and make your experience special. If you say "I'm never going back here again..." and then do...then you get what you pay for and deserve.

Stuck up rude n childish employees with attitude keep me going to one on Victoria even though this store only 4 blocks from my house I either go elsewhere or to Vons across parking lot get frozen pizza and make at home with extra whatever I want!!
pizza did not taste right I order from the one on Victoria all the time always delicious, this is my first and only time ordering from the one on Main, the dough was expired or something, not good.

Date ordered pizza: 4/29/2023 Saturday at 6:05 pm. So disappointed. A burnt pizza is . The lady said it's usually burnt coz it's thin crust. Really. And I added green bell peppers and paid for it. Where are the green bell peppers??? Wow.

This location has the worse pizza. The pizza was burnt and tasted like it was two days old.The area looks unsafe with many vagrants hanging around the parking lot.Didn't see any customers inside buying any pizza and now I know why. Would give this location a zero for the quality and unsafe area.
