Service was fantastic. I love the little cracker kits they give you. I had the rosemary kit and wow it was so good. I loved the white wines so much. The views and ambiance of the whole place are just 5 star all the way ! Loved it!

We were greeted promptly and the host was friendly. The little trellis areas are great. I felt the tastings were overpriced. We had two tastings and a bag of popcorn and the bill before tip was over $70. Also, you have to pay and tip before they bring you anything. If I had known they bring out all of the wine at once and you pour your own, we probably wouldn't have tipped 20%. The place is beautiful but the wine and the service are just not worth it for what you pay.

A Delightful Escape: Wine Tasting at OVR, Our repeated visits to OVR for wine tasting have never failed to enchant us. Nestled amidst picturesque landscapes, this ranch exudes charm and tranquility, making each visit a cherished experience. From the moment we arrive, we're greeted by the inviting design and layout, which perfectly complements the rustic elegance of the surroundings. The option for small bites adds an extra layer of enjoyment, offering delectable accompaniments to the main attraction--the exceptional wines.Speaking of wines,OVR truly excels in this department. With each sip, we're treated to a symphony of flavors meticulously crafted to perfection. What's more, the quality of the wines far exceeds their price, making every tasting session a delightful bargain. Our intention to return to [Ranch Name] is already set in stone. With its idyllic setting and impeccable offerings, it promises to be the perfect destination for another memorable day of relaxation and indulgence. In summary, OVR stands as a beacon of excellence in the realm of wine tasting experiences. Its captivating ambiance, delectable small bites, and outstanding wines make it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a respite from the ordinary.

Old Creek Ranch Winery is a cool spot to get together with friends for some wine tasting. The area is set in the hills of Oak View and has a great outdoor setup. The wine is pretty good and the service is friendly. You can bring your own food which is a plus. Overall, it's an easy getaway from Downtown Ventura without having to venture too far.

This winery is the worst winery I've visited in California. I have been to over 50 wineries in California and this place is the worst by a country mile! The wine is basic at best and is far more representative of something you'd find being passed off as wine in Maryland or Michigan. The waiter (Henry) disappeared for over 30 minutes after dropping off our glass and taking the order of the table next to us (which they require you to pay for before actually receiving the order!) I actually felt sorry for them because sitting there for 30 minutes with empty glasses is not anyone's idea of a good winery experience. They do not offer red-only tastings, and will not even make a single switch if you express a disinterest in anything on the list. On top of the bad wine and service, they charge you $20 to sit at a table for 2 hours, after which they will kick you out! This makes a 30 minute wait completely unacceptable regardless of the situation. There are literally hundreds of other wineries in the State, go to any of those instead!

Had a wonderful experience at Old Creek Ranch Winery this weekend. I threw my cousin a small baby shower there with about 25 guests. The weather was perfect, the grounds were amazing, and the staff provided the upmost service. A very special thank you to Tiffany and Karl for making this possible and working with my last minute planning. It was a busy weekend and they managed to squeeze my party in with ease. I want to thank Paulin as well who continued to check on our party, refresh our ice, water, wine, and bring us whatever we needed. Highly recommend this winery for any adult event, romantic date, or if you just want an amazing glass of wine in beautiful environment with serene elegant grounds, go here. This winery is a hidden gem in Ojai Valley. I've been to wineries all along the west coast from California to Washington and this by far is my favorite.

The cutest winery. Dog friendly and very reasonably priced. They get super busy on the weekends when it's nice out so try to make a reservation if you have a big party. Also- they have electric charging which is a nice bonus !

I have been to the winery a few times, and I have always had a really wonderful time. But when I was there this January I just happened to walk over to the chicken coop near where I parked and I was absolutely disgusted- I couldn't, but notice how dirty their feeders and water was.. and just the condition of the pin was so gross. I love animals and have 30 chickens of my own and seeing the dirty condition just made me so upset I had to call animal services on them. If this is the way they take care of their farm animals then I don't want to patron their business.. I'm hoping by posting this review they'll take better care of their chickens. They also have other farm animals on the farm and I can't imagine what their living condition looks like....:(((

All four of us absolutely loved this place, certainly helped that it was a lovely Friday afternoon and the tasting area wasn't very busy. Carl (our server) was extremely friendly & helpful, the chairs were super comfy and the wines delicious! Everything was so perfect, we might come back on Monday... definitely highly recommend!
