Spur of the moment lunch after hiking the Ventura Botanical gardens, great choice! We split the Cobb salad then she had the lamb burger and I had the turkey&pesto sandwich! Wonderful food and very good service for a busy Friday afternoon. Delicious flavors will have us coming back again!

A slice of paradise indeed! This place has a phenomenal reputation, and for good reason. I went here for my 30th birthday dinner with some friends and every single thing we ordered was top notch * cue the chefs kiss * - I swear ai could eat here everyday and never get sick of it. The fish and steak options are to die for, and I've never had a better charcuterie board. I'll be back for certain!!

What a treat! We were planning on finding a lunch spot and wandered into Paradise Pantry. After trying a few samples of fresh meats and cheese we ordered several slices of various meats and crostini to take to the nearby park and have a nice little picnic. It was completely unplanned and turned out to be a great experience. Super fresh and unique experience. Highly recommended!

Wow! If possible to give a five-star plus I would. I've eaten and have reviewed many places and this was just some of the best I have had. Tried the Cobb salad and was refreshing and filling at the same time. Also tried the Pesto Turkey Sandwich, it was full of flavor and just plain good.

Awesome place to work. Awesome place to eat. If you order the pork belly, you will absolutely get it. But you have to ORDER it. Thats the trick. Communication is key .P.s. Literally all the food is amazing.

My recent visit to this place was a mixed bag. The venue's ambiance was fantastic, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. However, the service left much to be desired.Despite repeated requests, I never received the pork belly I ordered. This oversight was disappointing and detracted from an otherwise enjoyable evening.While the staff were friendly, their attention to detail was lacking. Despite this hiccup, other menu items were delicious, showcasing the culinary talent of the kitchen.In summary, this place offers a good atmosphere and tasty food, but inconsistent service may hinder the overall experience. Thank you, Katrina, for ruining it!
The food was amazing. I rarely just order a salad but the roasted beet cob is everything and more. The server was very kind (mia). The food did take a bit long and it was just salads but the waitress and food made up for it.

I am reviewing the shop side of this business and will update when we eat here on the restaurant side. We make sure to swing by here every time we are visiting or passing through Ventura. Incredible selection, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, and hard to find offerings in cheese, charcuterie, and wine make this our go to place.
This is easily one of the best places spots to eat in Ventura. We came on a Sunday around 11 and were seated immediately (however its was probably one of the lady free tables) Kombucha - bomb. Based in Ojai Breakfast grilled cheese with pork belly- bomb af Breakfast sandwich with pork belly- possibly the best sandwich of my life. Side of mushrooms - I hate mushrooms with a passion (mental block), however I actually liked these Pickles- who reviews pickles? Well these are like magic pickles. My brain could not process - how can pickles be this good??????????? They have the most perfectly cooked pork belly. All the ingredients are fresh, and the sandwiches were HUGE! Staff is very kind and bubbly. It's a little noisy but it ads to the casual atmosphere. It's connected to their wine, cheese, and candle shop. The candles are expensive but worth it. They have unique scents that have a beautiful slow burn. Very elegant and calming! A great stop to get gifts for wine lovers as well.
