We got the beef and pork ramen and they were both really delicious. My kids loved it and said it was the best they have had in Ventura. Service was quick and friendly. Ambiance is in the mall in the food court so it's kid friendly.

I can't say anything about the food because I didn't order anything, but I just asked if I could have a couple napkins. I received a ridiculous reaction of "no, you need to buy something". I get it that supplies cost money but two napkins is not detrimental to the business. I just ask that there is some kindness in the world by lending a napkin out.

You'll ironically get less customers the more you hound them, especially from a distance. Even when told I'm looking at the menu, they try to give me meat on a toothpick.The reason they get less customers is they're harassing and clearly bored. Calling out to people from afar to come buy their food is bothersome to shoppers for sure.

Great customer service they greeted me before I came up to the counter. They gave me samples for any item they sell. Food was good it was tasty and filling. Great prices too I got 2 main entries and a drink for less than $30.Kid-friendliness: They were friendly to kids and gave them samplesWheelchair accessibility: Easy to get to no problem

I didnt get a chance to try it. I waited for roughly 40 minutes, and ended up just getting a refund and leaving. There was no one in line when I arrived, and people who arrived afterwards got service faster. At least they were willing to give a refund.
The place is cute and has place to sit at, the only thing is that the boba and ramen are literally terrible. They both seem as if they have sat there for weeks. The chicken although it amazing beyond belief. Never tired the rice

The service here is great ! I tried all the chicken samples and went with the Mango chicken for my combo. I really liked the customer service and cleanliness. The chowmein did disappoint but the chicken was a shining star on my plate. I'll try the rice next time, I recommend you check this spot out! I am not a fan of styrofoam so will try a bowl next times .
