Make sure they don't screw up your order. I ordered food, drove there to pick it up, and brought it home. When we checked it out at home, we did not get everything ordered. I explained this to the manager, who said they can put in the additional order and I can come pick it up - full charge. Really? I drive all the way over there, all the way back, and then I have to do it again? They wouldn't budge on any kind of discount for the food, so we as customers are just left upset (and hungry) at their mixup. I guess it is ok for customers to bear the costs of their mistakes and be inconvenienced. So, if you like paying higher prices for poor service and customer satisfaction, then this place is for you.

I recently went in to try this place as I’ve heard good things. I received a coupon and when I tried to use it the cashier was kind of passive aggressive and ultimately just ended up saying she couldn’t use it but had no valid reason. Like if I’m sent a coupon from presto pasta why can’t you honor it for a customer. Then when we sat down the waiter came and brought our food. We had started to eat as we waited for our missing items and he came back and said there was a mistake and our food would be coming out shortly. He then proceeded to take the food from us which we were already eating and was the same as our actual order. I thought it was very rude because why take the food from us if we’re eating it and you’re probably just gonna throw it away anyway. I understand if they made a mistake but I don’t understand why they did this. So my experience at the Ventura Presto Pasta was very disappointing and both employees were rude.

This was the worst pasta and meal I've had in YEARS. Everything was bland and even the garlic bread is only toasted and flavored on one side. Such a disappointing meal and I was really hungry too. Service was good though.
The most awful shrimp scampi pasta. The shrimps were old. The sauce was awful. It was my first time dining there and will be the last time. This place is a disgrace to Italian food.Over priced for quality and quantity. I cannot describe my disappointment.

My brother and I stopped in for a fantastic lasagne dinner. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. We were both very pleased with our meal and the service. Great place to try in Ventura!Parking: Large parking lot.

11/5/23 - was wanting spaghetti and meatballs with a salad. All was really good only I wish they would put more sauce in with the spaghetti and the meatballs should be kept in sauce as well. They're so naked and a bit dry.Hadn't been here in a really long time. Had some Presto Bucks so came in to get dinner. They were hopping, waited a little but to place my order. Then something came up with someone who ordered after me and then line to order stopped moving. But I could see the cooks in the back just loading them counter with all these orders and no one doing anything about them. Then as Postmates person camw in to pick up an order, and a couple of phone in orders showed up. Had to wait about 20 minutes to get my order and there was still as line of people up to the door to order still. Love how you can pick your pasta and sauce. Their salads are so yummy. Great place!!

Food is very good. I always order angel hair pasta on the side of broccoli. When I get home I then separate some of the pasta into plastic bags and fine chop the broccoli and add it to the meat sauce that I order. I then freeze one or two and eat one or two and it provides me for five meals. Something to consider shopping local, returning multiple times to where we get good food and good service. This location offers both and everyone seems to appreciate working there and is quite happy and helpful
