Place is a little run down but you get a lot of food for what you pay for. They forgot my order but made it very quickly and even offered me a feee soup! I will likely try again.

Very nice and personable owners, great sandwich, and free cake?! Clean and nice inside but I got mine to go and was ready in about 5 minutes. She gave me a free sample of soup while I waited!

As a Boston born and bred American, it’s truly difficult to find actual authentic Mom and Pops spots on the West Coast, as in can count on one hand the total in California. Had the surprise of my life today when walking into Sandwich Man!! Not only the quality, but the atmosphere!! I immediately felt like I was back in Boston, treated like a friend not a customer, and the Italian sub was UNBELIEVABLE. I don’t say this lightly, but this is THE BEST SUB PLACE ON THE ENTIRE WEAT COAST ????

When you think of the best of a mom and pop joint this place fits right in. Was greeted warmly when I first came in, and was given a ton of samples to try along with my meal. My sandwich was also delicious. Would recommend to anyone.

Little shop a couple miles off the 101. Really friendly staff. Very affordable. Nice size portions. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a delicious sando. Very big into god and gospel music, felt like a church, only kinda weird part, but food is worth the church vibes.

Great experience for the first time, friendly service and environment and the pastrami Ruben was so good It was definitely one of the best I've ever had and I've had a lot! Good price it filled me up also great Peruvian baked beans too!!
