Honestly I Could've got a better egg roll at Panda Express down the street , and the orange chicken was to chewy texture like I was eating a piece of squid ?? Gross .

I tried the shrimp fried rice and it was dry yet sticky! The shrimp was a nice size but the rice wasn't what I was expecting!

Can't believe haven't review this place we've come here for years and there food is always so delicious! The staff is always so warm and welcoming, we always come for the lunch special. The decor is just a little outdated but I love the ambiance .

Called in an order and got there but still waited so much more longer than told. The food quality was trash. The portions were small and the prices are ridiculous. I ordered pork bbq and it came in a small box and it was half way full. The quality of it was dry and super paper thin slices. My wife got a super up set stomach and is in pain right now. If I could give this place zero stars I would . DONT EAT HERE!

The vegetarian orange chicken was amazing!! The portion was generous; I shared with my partner and we still had leftovers! And the waitress was very nice :)

It is unfortunate when a customer has a disappointing dining experience, like I did. I ordered the Orange Chicken for lunch. My first bite was like chewing a thin, square piece of rubber! I had to use my napkin to remove it from my mouth. I selected another bite and had the same regrettable and embarrassing experience. I didn't have another napkin so I discreetly removed it from my mouth and concealed the second piece inside the napkin with the other piece. I love orange chicken but to make this situation even more dissatisfying, this thinly cut-in-squares chicken had no flavor whatsoever! It was bland, chewy chicken, and my rolled ball of brown rice was cold! I was too embarrassed to ask for another plate and instead asked for my check, paid and walked out very displeased! That was NOT an enjoyable lunch for me.

Went to this restaurant on the first have always been more than satisfied with them in the past. But if this had been my first time, never again. They should be ashamed to have served the meal they did. The fast food across the street, Panda Expess would have served better quality food quality and it would have been fresh and hot, neither of which I received at Spring Garden.

My wife and I came in on Christmas evening. We didn't have to wait too long, but when the waitress sat us down, she just pointed to the table for us to down, which I thought was quite rude. It took a while for the waiter to get to us. He didn't even introduce himself or ask us how we were doing. He just asked us what do you want to order so I put in my order, and my wife put in hers, about 10 minutes into our visit. We asked for a refill of water and a straw which we never got. My wife got her order but I never got mine which I thought was very strange. I just let it go because at that point I just wanted to leave, the waiter just seemed like he didn't want to be there and didn't even make eye contact with us. My wife's food was mediocre at best. I know it was a holiday and a little bit busier than I guess they usually are but if you don't want to be there, then just don't open, I don't think I'll ever come back here if I want Chinese food I think I'll stick to panda express

The star rating should allow for a minus one, as that would be my rating! Horrible experience! I KNOW it's Christmas Day and we should be grateful they were open HOWEVER they were beyond disorganized and the wait time was ridiculous. Don't tell customers 45 minutes for a to go order and 2 hours later it's still not ready. They are open every Christmas and really should have this figured out by now! They should BE HONEST tell people you are behind and the actual wait times are two or more hours for online and to go orders. Give people the option to not order knowing the truth! If that wasn't bad enough there was no rhyme or reason to how they were calling up the orders. You couldn't pay ahead online and the ONE person working front was somewhat clueless. Several people left frustrated which I am sure caused wasted food! I finally left after two hours with no food in hand and demanding a refund! At the two hour point they said oh it will be 15 more minutes! RIDICULOUS!!! I have never been to this place before, heard good things about it, thought it would be a different/fun dinner - I WILL NEVER go back based on our experience tonight!!

This place has horrible customer service. Food is okay but the attitude from the servers is really bad. My coworkers and I left like we were walking on egg shells when we asked for condiments and water.We are never returning!!!!

I am telling you, food was mid, when we got sat down we needed to check over the menu but we felt instantly rushed once the server came back to take our order within a minute. Like we didn’t even have time to look over… anyways, we got our food and its was so so. We were still trying to finish our food and the server just came and took a plate away when we didn’t even finish. We asked for it back and continued on. At this point i was over it, asked for our check and paid using my card. Once the check book has handed back I literally sat there to grab my stuff but all the workers kept consistently walking by checking the receipt slip, which im guessing it to ensure we tipped. I would have loved to tip if the service was great… it wasn’t and food was poor quality, mind you the food was $70 total, for an appetizer and two entrees. Panda Express food seems much more tastier than what they served us. I grabbed my card and heading out with my mind of not coming back. I kid you not… this lady runs out into my car for a “signature”. Don’t waste your time here. Head over to tasty china if you want real authentic Chinese food..
